I've had an odd habit through my life that I hesitate to start something I've never done before, especially if it's public facing. I've been wanting to schedule screenprinting classes or workshops at my shop and just can't get going on it. But I know it would be fun, I just need to dive in and do it!
I do that, I research everything about it and get everything I need for it but then I freeze up. I thought it was because I have ADHD but I was only diagnosed 2 years ago and I've always been like this.

A very wise and knoedgeable friend suggested this hesitation is a childhood trauma response to the world and thus your nervous system is not in a relaxed state and needs to be reset and healed.
I found two ladies on YT called Crappy Childhood Fairy and The Trauma Educator brought me great clarity.
Yee could start exploring the sphere of how your nervous system presents its' signals when it does nor feel safe in the world and go from there.
