Armageddon's kinda funny. Except for white dmg, it's the 2nd best at everything. But it's a very strong second best. If you can only do one gun, you can't really go wrong. One thing that's easy to overlook about Wildfire is that it's Corsair's best hate-shedding tool, since it does reduce enmity in proportion to tp, so you can use the aftermath rebuild hit to dump a lot of hate.
Perhaps after Prime Weapons and Empy +3 comes out, I don't really want to do a list when its likely about to change. I also need to find a better way to get people not to take these lists so personally but that may just be unavoidable given the amount of work involved with mythics.
Farsha deserves higher for sure, it’s basically the best 1H axe for WAR not only for the stat boost but also because the triple damage AM can proc off retaliation which makes it beastly when you’re tanking. Axe WAR is very useful in odyssey.

So besides the log in campaign discussed in the video they can generally be farmed up in a few days especially if you take advantage of gold boxes although some are worse than others and competition can sometimes be a problem on the larger servers. Also you would need a decent amount of gil for the heavy metal riftdross/cinder and boulders to afterglow it. I would generally recommend starting with ambuscade weapons for most jobs as they tend to be much cheaper/easier to make and often find uses on multiple jobs even if you eventually settle on another weapon.

I'm absolutely one of those people who make more characters to get the login Empy mats. I was quite sad that they stopped doing them for so long, and now that I've been unsubbed for a while, I only find out today that apparently they were brought back.

Soo i went and chose the hambrglr kukulkan is an asshole lol soo i dont feel bad about walking right thru the peiste (that char already has polearm and dagger) i do have plans for Armageddon and may change my mind but carabose is easy orobon is easy and isgebind comes out of a box lol. If i didnt have a team with remas out the ass i would have picked something better...but theres only a few empys i dont have between my 6 characters.. soo maybe next round will be lolfarsha or loljizznoseradiance
Interesting that you place Cald in S tier and Redemption in B tier when Redemption is the stronger of the 2, and DRK has A+ Scythe and A GS. They both offer the same utility. I guess the only additional benefit to Calad is the extra VIT for DEF...if that's really a concern.
You're missing a lot of factors that make Redemption on par to better than GS. Probably the #1 being that it is far better vs high level content, has far better skillchain ability, and is arguably the best cross reaper scythe. Queitus may not parse up against Torcleaver, but it exceeds GS in every other way. People just get starry eyed watching apes push one button vs lower level mobs.

then your aeonic ninja is bad at being a ninja. i have all ninja weapons maxed out and heishi absolutely just demolished every single other one of them by more than a significant margin for that ambu. i've never once come into a situation where the aeonic has lost to any other katana, and your experience runs counter to all known math that points to the aeonic katana being absolutely broken comparatively to its competitors in virtually all scenarios.
You very obviously hate War's Uko is stupid strong and at least A tier (I'd argue S tier), I can also see why you would rate Arma A but it also is stupid good.
you lost me at twash being S rank. twash is barely worth even trying to make these days and cant hold a candle to tauret+gletis or Aenas+Ceno/gletis or even Terps + Gletis- at its very best right now its a massive timesink stat stick - that alone should have been automatic B Tier. vere in A tier? now i know you're trolling. Rhongo should have been hands down D tier - gungnir and ryuo both outperform it in solo SC scenarios, and both are far easier to make. Same logic for the scythe - its relic counterpart is far easier to make, and does better overall in any scenario you'd be using it in. Kannagi should have been hands down D tier - the Aeonic katana out does it by nearly double damage in all scenarios and is easier to make - there is never a scenario in which the kannagi is ever even coming close to heishi. the Farsha on war can be pushed to absolutely insane damage for elemental damage fights i would at the very least have put it as B tier.
The two handed weapons can enjoy a very crazy crit dmg build that does well over 10k per strike with competent buffer. I started to notice this in 2018 after people were getting super buffed from events like omen and dynamis divergeance. My Gandiva rng does about 12k crits on omen caturae with 7k ratt. I don't know, maybe I'm just a sucker for crit hits...
Really appreciate this series. As a newly returning player this is a great resource. Would love to see you run thru aeonic and mythic too!
