This system, customized for a client's needs, has been equipped with 2 ion sources, 2 plasma sources, 2 sputtering magnetrons, heaters, and laser patterning. It is possible to treat one side of the film or both sides simultaneously. Additional tools such as evaporators or diagnostics can also be integrated.
