Hear me out: Every player gets by default not only 3 copies of poly but also 1 copy of the vanilla tuner with the worst stats from level 1 to 4.

I feel like 80% of the draft is "how can I summon this?" And its like... a tribute summon. Neither of them seems to realize the other is also likely playing with terrible cards. Cimo passing on the Un-Targetable Hazy Flame because "I dont think we're gonna get there" had me rolling my eyes.
Seriously. I get frustrated and annoyed every time I hear people say something is "literally impossible" to summon when all they have to do is tribute 2 monsters to summon it. Like, we're not talking about Gate Gaurdian or Perfectly Ultimate Great Moth here.
Potential improvements to make the full pool actually a viable mode: randomly weighting certain archetypes more likely to appear (each full draft, but the player isn't explicitly told), or the player can choose 2 of 6 randomly pulled archetypes to be more likely to appear
Or another solution would be to weight related cards more likely to appear over the course of the draft
(all customizable options ofc)
It only took 4 years, but Farfa finally got his crossover with Cimo
Secrets of Eternity was released in January 2015. This set introduced the Infernoids, a series of monsters that can Special Summon themselves to the field by banishing other Infernoids from either the hand or graveyard. Notable cards in set include Farfa, Malebranche of the Burning Abyss, Qliphort Monolith, Uni-Zombie, Nephe Shaddoll Fusion, and a card that would bolster Satellarknight to combat the Burning Abyss Shaddoll meta, Stellarknight Constellar Diamond. In this series, both Nyhmnim and myself will be opening 24 booster packs or 1 box of a core Yu-Gi-Oh! booster set. We will build a deck and play a best 2 out of 3, and the winner will receive a small prize to upgrade their deck. HOWEVER! Each episode, we will open another box of the next set that was released moving in chronological order, constantly upgrading our decks before dueling each other at the end of each episode. This is the Yu-Gi-Oh! Progression Series.

At 44:00. you can set all spells you don't want to use, summon a monster, attack the timelord, and draw replace those cards. Could be a very valuable play.

The most ambitious crossover of all time
I don't know how hard it will be to code it, probably very, but I think they should make it that you get the Extra deck cards as the first selection and then your choince slightly pushes you towards that strategy. For examplt you pick Dante, you will be getting more level 3 monsters. If you pick a synchro monster you get more tuners. Probably would be hard to code but would result in better decks.

I think that since you are using such a noumerous card pool you should either have a reroll or have 5 cards choice to appear instead of 3.
I was going to call Farfa an idiot for thinking that Konami made an animation for Imperial Order *AFTER* banning it, but frankly, they're so goddamn dumb I can't put it passed them to do something like that at some point in the future.
(And yes, I know IO had an animation made _before_ it was banned.)

Not a big fan of the ENTIRE card pull. The amount you are forced to default to the monster because the spell or trap is so specific made the draft pretty boring imo. I haven’t watched the matches yet, but I expect it to be very best stick back and forth.

here is an idea, Draft 50 or 60 cards, giving a buffer of cards, BUT, if you select the higher buffer, you must add 5 aditional cards, so if you draft 50, youll have a minimun deck of 45 and if you pick 60 cards its a 50 card deck

For anyone interested; the probability of not seeing any duplicates during a draft like this at all are actually minimal, and much smaller than seeing at least 3 duplicates.
