These contains scenes from the whole Trilogy and are placed in no particular order.
This video took me ages to create finding every funny moment i possibly could. I understand that not every funny moment is present purely because they have not shown up in any of my playthroughs. I tried my best.

Cooli167 I have a question, how do I import my Mass Effect game data over to ME2?
SONofSPARDA ME2 looks for the location of ME1 saved file location. so you only have to store it there and go into ME2 and load it up. You don't have to have ME1 installed, if you don't just create the folder where it needs to be. I don't remember exactly where but you can just google it and you're good to go.

When i was playing ME3 for the first time and i heard "you sound like a vorcha" i thought its funny...But when i found out Mark Meer is voice actor for both Shepard and vorcha and heard it again it destroyed me completely :D

The citadel dlc had a crap load of great moments. My favorite was Grunt retelling the story about his adventure across the presidium. Also when Shepard and Shepard clone meet, the clone says something like " I have to go". Then shepard and the two squadmates are locked in the small room, the squadmates keep discussing how they're trapped and can't escape, but shepard just keeps saying " 'I should go .' I don't really sound like that, do I? Maybe it's 'I *should* go.' or ' *I* should go. "
Anne Rivers the Blasto bit with Javik's Citadel scene was probably the best one but Grunt hanging off the Presidium's krogan statue was awesome though lol
No, one squad mate keeps asking how they can get out, the other talks about shepards 'I should go'.

Mordin's great singing, researching, helping with better interspecies f*ing, healing and killing whole species, even broke Omegas only rule twice, he truly was part of that traveling freakshow
His line for Miranda was the best though...Just watch for 'bugs'. Could be planted anywhere. 'You have a recommendation as a doctor?' Watch for bugs. Could be planted anywhere. Can perform exam later if necessary. Will need probes.

Mal Masque It's funny and then you start thinking about it, and realize how Shepard "died" from suffocation, that is, he died from lack of oxygen so he probably remembed how he floated through space suffocating as EDI is joking about cutting off the oxygen supply when she's finds something truly fascinating.

In ME2, while doing a planet scan on Uranus:
Launching probe #1, EDI: Really, Commander? Really?
Launching probe #2, EDI: - sigh - probing your anus
Also in ME2, taking Legion past customs:
Shepard: Security seems tighter than I remember.
Security/Customs Lady: Measures had to be taken to prevent geth infiltrators.
Legion: Geth do not infiltrate.
Security/Customs Lady: You need to leave your synthetic assistant at home, they're not allowed anymore.
Legion: Geth do not intentionally infiltrate.
I did not notice how funny that actually is.
Legion is so cute. I see that the Quarians have their awkwardness around other peoples to the Geth as well.

When Garrus was telling commander shepard about Turians swimming saying theres its a lot of flailing, splashing, occasionally interrupted by drowning, he follows up by saying "a lot like you dancing". That was one of the best lines ever. Maybe it was only available for fem shep though, I dunno.

During the Citadel DLC when you're in the Archives room, Glyph says "Commander, I've found an weapon upgrade that might be useful... Why do people keep leaving these around?"
That just cracked me up so hard that I had to pause the game.

i would compare it to star trek , but you have a point althogh , mass effect is one of the greatest science fiction works of modern days .
The story is more consistent by far, with pils of humor, romance, and tons of epic and drama.
Depends specifically on what we're talking about. Some Star Wars games were really great. It's difficult to compare e.g. The Old Republic and Knights of the Old Republic with Mass Effect since they're all about conversation choices. Gameplay wise I'd say games like Jedi Academy, Force Unleashed, Battlefront 2, etc. are way superior to ME1,2,3 gameplay. Storywise ME wins, hands down, but KOTR, TOR, Jedi Academy, Force Unleashed, comes right after. At least in my opinion.
