Yes indeed. If I were doing a Day of the Triffids reboot you'd be on the short list for concept art. My ex-girlfriend guided me to your channel quite awhile back. I can't draw to save my life but she's a decent artist. Despite being nagged inside that you were one of her secret crushes I must admit watching you sketch is relaxing.
I very much enjoyed your takes on famous artwork. I was tickled that you don't get some of the pretentiousness that abounds in the art world either. I never liked Picasso very much but am of a mind with you on the painting you presented by him. I'd never seen it and was impressed at how pleasing it was to look at. Generally speaking I like paintings that look like something at least familiar despite whatever hidden meanings/messages that might exist.

So this took about 30 hours, all of which were streamed on my twitch channel (www.twitch.tv/peterdraws) over the past few days. I certainly work faster when I'm not streaming, but there's less awesome people to chat with :D
EDIT: Also that other bobo overpowered woodburner was one I bojangled together out of a car battery charger, and I did that poorly. It broke right after this video, sadface. Something besides a fuse blew.
EDIT 2: Also while the blacklight reactive ink was really bright going on initially, it was only intended for non-porous surfaces, and so as it continued to seep into the wood, it became a little duller under the glow of a black light, unfortunately.

You should paint with coffee as a medium. Concentrate some instant coffee and use it as watercolor paint.

For those who want to get into woodcarving. You also generally use Basswood (same wood here). The Woodburning pen can be used to add additional accents and shapes. Like pupils or inside mouths. Have fun.
