Thanks a lot Matt, so pleased it’s been positive feedback on them. Tenerife is amazing tbh. You can go quiet one day or lively the next. It’s makes the holiday pretty versatile each day. Your lucky it was a special anniversary we emailed and mentioned it and had nothing not like other hotels where we had bottle of champagne and a box of chocolates and this is normal at other hotels but nothing here it was your review why we booked here but can honestly say hotel is lovely but the evening meal is not fit to eat and not worth ,€35 each we were hb but ate out most evenings as the first four or five days were horrendous s black steak frozen in middle s chicken so dry it was horrendous and the salad bar was shrinking in size nightly such a shame as had high hopes it certainly is very disappointing concerning food but hotel is lovely although had quite a few hen and stsg groups we were there 10june 24
Have heard bad things about HB. 🥺 We only do BB and cannot fault the breakfast. It’s a shame they aren’t listening to guests. I agree with other hotels we have had champagne and chocolates etc if we have been away for a celebration but here. Nothing. (Apart from the cocktails) Although we did get a big room. So maybe they gave us that 🤷🏻♀️. I think it had more younger ones her here this time due to the Med palace opening being delayed (which opened yesterday) so 🤞🏻 they start listening. We love it and are booking to go again next year for sure 😎
So sorry Amanda, feel we let you down there as we don’t book HB. But I’d seen plenty of Trip Advisor reviews about this and a few couples we met said at the hotel it was poor and they’d be doing BB next time. I’m hoping the Med Palace opening removes the large groups. Hopefully if you do rebook it’s a better experience.
I’m going to email the hotel with your feedback and other people we met said the same. They are acknowledging on Trip Advisor but I hope it’s not lip service - sorry again - Chris
