I have a friend and he acts like that and me and just a few of my other friends tell him that he doesn’t have to act tough all the time, and he shouldn’t act like he is ag the top of the world and that it’s okay to be vulnerable sometimes. Because we won’t judge him, but of course he doesn’t budge. This was of course planted into his head by his father I believe. WhT is also sad is that he does act like a jerk sometimes too and we have spoken to him about that as well. It was going okay at first, but still seems like it hasn’t gotten to him..
