Namaskar everyone.....Europeans once said our astronomy is mixed up because Indians we don't know whether we have 27 or 28 Nakshatras.....If one were to scrutinize this in a rudimentary fashion one would realize that Indians knew of precession before what the west calls "written history "......And as an aside I make the assumption that many occultations would be unique to that era and would provide further evidence.

    Namaskar Nilesh ji.
You are doing a great job for the mankind and challenged pseudo historians and stereotypes.
My humble request to you is through some light on LORD SHIVA from Ramayan and Mahabharat perspective. Once again kudos to your research work and best of luck for your future endeavors.

      Namaskar
Bhagavan Shiva is known by many names.
In Mahabharata, Krishna has recited 'Shiva-sahasra-nama'. That ought to tell everyone about the glory of Bhagavan Shiva.
      Hope this helps.

Dhanyawad Nilesh Ji for this wonderful series on explaining the Adhika Masa concept. You really pulled the curtain from the fact how advanced our civilisation was when westerners were roaming in jungles.
One question - An Adhika Masa is introduced when there are two Amavasya and Sun remained in same Rasi (30° arc). From the simulation that you showed, the Sun used to be just at the start and later end boundaries of the Rasi when such Amavasyas occurs. Isn't this technically possible (though physically can happen in thousands of years) that such phenomenon (2 Amavasya when Sun in Same Rasi) can happen consecutively?
Questions 2 (not on this topic) - Why the location of North Star (Polaris) does not change when Earth is at Winter Solstice and Summer Solstice (180° apart)? At these positions the Earth's axis lines are exactly parallel to each other then how can they point to same location in space.
Looking for more awesome videos from you.
    Dhanyawad

Thank you very much for explaining how Adhika masa fits into the calendar, being a layman with my limited education of Astronomy. I have been following you and the Sangam guys including guys from Tamil Nadu and I especially want to thank your guys for doing what you are doing and giving us an education in layman terms, which makes so much sense, as to what we understand modern astrology which is reliant on individuals opaque version and the wonderful telescopes that we have to get a better understanding but not to the extent of what you guys provide. Please continue this good work and never doubt yourselves. How can a civilization plot a future, if the true history is kept under wraps. Good luck in your endeavours to keep us Educated.
PS. All this happened 1000's of years ago , when there was no telescopes but man had the capacity to achieve this, let's through these platforms educate man to unburden, his colonial educated mind. Appreciated
