Hey girlie gorgeous Birkin!!! A little tip from the Hermes Spa when I went, they told me to actually store the bag lying down in its box to retain its shape instead of standing up. This is because when standing up the leather will slouch down over time depending on its leather. Just make sure you have the Birkin pillow for it to lie on ❤

Hi, thanks for sharing your beautiful bag. I wonder if you could share do you use your Birkin 30 in real life or just leave that at home? Do you feel safe carrying the bag around? Personally, I am very scared to get mugged, be the target for thieves. There are quite a few incidents where ladies carrying bags like Birkin got mugged, even in supposed to be safe areas.
Good question! This is definitely not a bag that I carry out on a daily basis but more for special occasions, like parties, important events, etc. I too am incredibly scared of being targeted but there is a risk of robbery everywhere, just got to be super careful and aware of our surroundings at all times. But generally, I do feel pretty safe carrying it around in the places that I am at! Hopefully, that answers your questions!!

I don't have a local boutique that I work with, unfortunately! The Hawaii location doesn't allow shipping bags so I always have to go there in person to shop. We visit Waikiki almost once every year so we usually try our luck whenever we are in town 😊

I love your video! Was this your first time visiting the Waikiki store and met SA with no history before? I would like to hear more your story about how you found SA and the time when you told your SA about your wish list, how many color options you gave. 😄 b/c I heard visiting first time and getting a bag is almost impossible.😢
I actually got three Birkins 30s (including this one) over the course of two years at this store with the same sales but the previous two weren't for me, it went to my bf's mom. We did have to purchase other non-handbag items in order to "qualify" for the allocation so definitely needed some purchase history! I will make a storytime video on how I got this bag and how I started this whole relationship (it was too hard to fit that into this video as it will be too long🥲) so stay tuned, dear! ❤

I guess it's simple to just buy one directly from the second hand market but my stubborn self just didn't want us to pay for that grey market premium! This entire luxury handbag and watch market is crazy isn't it 😅
