@@jaengen Some people have a lisp even as adults. Maybe their faces were accidently injured by forceps when they were delivered at birth. Anyone who has a lisp didn't choose to have one especially from a injury at birth.

That lisp was what got her the job. At her audition, she had done a little part in Bonanza (or Gunsmoke) and he asked her about it. She said "Oh it wath thuper, there wath hortheths and cath to play with."

Barry Williams was the only one of the kids who appeared in all the episodes. He was just above the age for those child labor laws that required kid actors to take off one day. Silly if you ask me, what difference would that have made?

I've seen newsreaders who have a slight lisp, but I think it makes them a bit more human, more like us ordinary folks.

The more I watch these clips, the more I think that Christopher Knight would’ve played the perfect Freddy Freeman. At the time, in 1974, Filmation had the live-action “Shazam!” show was airing. It disappointed me that the show didn’t have more characters from the comic. Even if the hypothetical could’ve been reality, I bet Knight would’ve been too busy/contracted to just starring on The Brady Bunch.
Although you know what’s also a weird coincidence, is that Adam Brody played Barry Williams/Greg Brady in the 2000 TV movie, “Growing Up Brady”, who also played Superhero Freddy in the 2019 “Shazam!” film; he played just one sibling away from setting of the Kill Bill sirens.
I'm kind of busy, I better get ready for shupper. When the boys tried to help Cindy with her S's, it might help if Cindy didn't stick her tongue between her teeth when she was trying to make the "S" sound.
