  • In this video I finally get my notes pages set up in my Erin Condren Monthly Planner. I needed a place to write down the books I want to read and when I finished reading them. I also wanted to have the 2023 Formula 1 schedule on paper. And then I needed a way to find the pages so I made a table of contents out of the tabbed notes divider page. This is going to be so functional and it was super easy and I didn't have to buy anything because I am determined to use what I have. What are you using your notes pages for?

I use my notes pages for sports teams I follow (college football, M & W basketball), packing list, pen swatches, etc.

I like the packing list idea. I made some notes pages for Formula 1 and for pen swatching!

Love your channel all your ideas! I like the reading log idea, however I can never remember what books are about a few months later. Do you write a synopsis somewhere or can you just remember?
I use my notes pages for things I want to remember...house items replaced/projects completed and what date (hot water heater, A/C, etc...actually use another notebook for this so it's all in one place year after year), favorite candle scents at Bath & Body Works since there are so many, things I want to buy, dream list (places I want to travel, dream home w/photo, car I want to purchase), 'Giving' (financially) throughout the year (Church, charities, etc) how much and what date, items donated if want to use for tax purposes, things to do when bored (clean and vacuum car, read, journal, go for a walk, bike ride, hike, etc), when you/family members had appts (dr, dentist, eye, etc) so it's all in one place. Also, events that happened that year nationally/in the world (Super Bowl winner, world events, celebrities, etc).

Hi Trista! No, I don't currently write a synopsis anywhere. I do take notes in Google Keep if something really stands out to me in a book (like a favorite quote or something that got me thinking a lot). I did also try to start writing reviews on my blog, but I lost interest in that. I may start again now that we have a little book club going here in my community. I definitely do forget books once it has been a while, even the ones I love. But I figure I can just read them again one day if I really want to. I also just bought the Erin Condren book log to help me with our book club discussions. I haven't tried it yet, but I'll have a review soon.
I love all the ways you use your notes pages. Especially the important events page! I'm a cultural historian so I think that is a super cool way to document those things. I may start doing that in my memory planner! Thanks for the idea.

Very enjoyable. I really like your reading list , and we’ve read some of the same books.

It's always fun to find out people read the same things! There are so many books in the world, it's just one neat way to feel a connection. 🥰

I have a separate planner/notebook that I have created with similar tracking pages. Thanks for sharing.
