I remember gen 1, Pokémon Red on my green Gameboy, Azuria cave (where Mewtwo is at, I don't know the english name of that place) sitting in the back seat of our car, my mom is driving. Whenever we pass a lantern, I immediately took a few steps further into the cave. I made it to Mewtwo and my memorie start to fade at this point, but these are the moments I will never forget
Pokemon is my everything. I'm turning 32 this year but I still remember what it was like to adventure through Kanto. I still play to this day, but the first three gens hit different because all was right with the world then. I'd go back in a heartbeat.
Sneaking the gameboy into bed, pretending to fall asleep, and then grinding for levels under the blankets... ah childhood ...and now as an adult, I just play pokemon out in the open at any time I want lol
yeah... I bet your knees and/or lower back hurt too (91 kid here). I still remember that Christmas yellow version under the tree, the wild feeling of my first evolution caterpie to metapod... wish I was back *home*
