Unstoppable25 I feel that it depends on the bills and who's earning what. .....if both wages only just cover the bills and there isn't much left over (regardless of who is in charge of paying the bills) then in that case, there's nothing for pocket money for either party. Sometimes 100% has to be put in if that's the case - you can't be having spending/pocket money (for lack of a better description) at the expense of the mortgage or food or heat. If there's a surplus then what's it's used for and division of it should be agreed and done fairly to both parties.
