Squirm, little "fast chest" Beeb worm, squirm!
That botfly larva couldn't wait to get away from Elon.
Bro, such a boss line. 😂
Burrrrrrnnned hahah
That's what leftists want, they want to try to hold everyone else accountable but themselves. When you shine the light on them they are absolutely vile.
It most definitely was and a lot was said about the BBC in that short 5 minutes
The guy complaining about hate speech and misinformation is literally spreading misinformation
Yeah..🤔
Terrific point to make!
Slight nitpick: I'd say he's spreading _disinformation._ *D* isinformation = Deliberate. *M* isinformation = Mistake. If I said "2+2=5" and tried to convince you of it, even though I knew it was wrong, that would be *_disinformation._* If I just typed it incorrectly, that'd be *_misinformation._*
To be fair, I've seen a lot of awful posts on Twitter but I can't name a single one off the top of my head. I think it would be fair to provide examples after the interview.

This wasn't an interview it was an attack. He couldn't wait to disagree, Elon spoke so calm and collected
You're right. He was trying to back Elon into a corner, and it completely backfired
"I don't think it is going anywhere." Translation: "It is not going my way."
Translation: Elon’s brain is stuck in an infinite loop and won’t move on till the BBC guy says the N-word on TV
Listening to Musk is proof that the media twists the truth and changes opinions by only reporting the bad of people they hate. If someone read the news for a week, they would think that Musk is a monster. If you listen to him talk to one of these media propagandists for 5 minutes, you realize how correct and intelligent he is. He made this BBC tool look like the idiot he and BBC are.
He gave up and tried to run away, gotta love BBC
😂😂😂yep
@@NotEvenARealAnimation Reporters are generally cowards at their core. They come into an interaction with some kind of a "gotcha" question or information. For many, but not all, the second their plan goes south they deflect or disengage.
Elon : name an example
BBC : Let’s move to the other question
Libs can’t give any examples. Facts! Well done, Elon!
Elon literally controls Twitter. He has access to all metrics, content and is responsible for any attempts (or lack thereof) at moderation. Yet he is asking the reporter who is trying to find the truth what the reporter believes. Musk has all the information and knows full well that he is not behaving responsibly, but instead of trying to further the interests of his users, improving transparency around his moderation efforts, or providing some of the allegedly exculpatory information he should have access to, he is trying to deflect deflect deflect. He doesn’t answer the questions put forth and he doesn’t provide any credible argument to support his assertion that there’s nothing to see here with respect to his malfeasance and incompetent leadership at Twitter.
@@Pomp76 It's always delightful to watch the Establishment "fast chests" squirm when confronted with their own hypocrisy.
Why didn't Elon name an example of when BBC spread misinfo?

I think the interviewer found a shortcut to the final level and was immediately destroyed.

They are not idiots. They are clever people with a hidden agenda, but Elon sees through it.
I think the interviewer underestimated Musk, and also he doesn't seem prepared since he can't answer his own questions back.

Elon Musk handled that BBC interviewer like a pro.
Loved watching Elon masterfully work that bbc
This is an absolute GEM. This is how the media need to be treated. Period. 🙏
Worst they’re drama farmers
You mean in bad faith? Yes, the reporter was unprepared, but Elon is in control of one of the biggest social media platforms on the planet. It would be ridiculous to say there is no hate speech on Twitter. But instead of addressing that topic during an interview he agreed to, he avoids the question and asked for a specific example which in this context, doesn’t really matter. If you asked the police dept how they planned on addressing a rise in reckless driving, and the police chief said, “there’s no rise, give me one example”, would you be able to provide a personal example, or would you say you’ve just felt more frustrated over the past few months with other drivers? The specifics don’t matter, if there is hate speech on the rise, then he has a plan, and if not, then he has a plan he doesn’t have to use. But the avoidance of the question and the attempt to derail the interview and fluster the interviewer, instead come across as Elon either not having a plan, or not caring about it, or even approving of it but not wanting to say that.
@@flameball5373 Exactly.

Media act as though they hold the moral high ground and it is great when they are challenged in public and you see them squirm. 😂😂
This is how you disarm an interviewer looking for a 'gotcha' moment, take his generalizations and demand a specific from it. They will fumble about or give you a thousand mile stare
The interviewer had not used Twitter for weeks. I stopped using Twitter last year because of the increase in hateful content but I couldn't give you a specific example because I didn't remember. Elon is being purposely obtuse here to evade the issue.

What you don't do (if you are smart) is let someone else flash 'misinformation' warnings on the screen, and then just agree with it.
Your argument overlooks the potential harm caused by certain types of speech, like hate speech, which can incite violence or discrimination. Freedom of speech does not mean freedom from consequences, and regulations help protect vulnerable communities from such harm. Similarly, misinformation can spread false narratives that harm public well-being, so fact-checking helps ensure accurate and reliable information.
Freedom of speech is freedom of speech. Stop trying to manipulate towards your world view. You are forcing your ideals and values on others instead of letting them have their freedom of choice and speech. @@cerebrophage7709
@@cerebrophage7709 I already addressed consequences Mr. Bot... those are your own brains responsibility. Physical actions like violence are a 'choice' that happens later, and not the responsibility of a sharing of information. That is a separate and later decision and is not an excuse to silence the sharing of ideas. I also addressed information and you are not the arbiter of what 'is' an isn't 'hear-able'. There is no such thing as 'public well being' because we are all individuals, who's well being is best served by the open dialogue of information sharing... Now please hush if that's what you really believe is in the best interest of your own 'safety' LOL. Bots . bots everywhere...
@@mydogjesus I see you repeatedly using the word 'bot' in an attempt to persuade anyone who reads this on the notion that I lack the capacity to think for myself and haven't considered my position. This couldn't be further from the facts. I see you using feigned laughter while bombarding me with your own flawed logic that has many issues that you either fail to address or are just ignorant of. Your position is weak and your behavior proves it.
Well said.
Never fuck with a smart person, you won't win.
Don’t confuse a “smart” person with a smart arse. The world would be a lot better without people like Elon Musk.
Never argue with a stupid person, they will only try to drag you down to their level.
There are two people in this video, and neither showed much intelligence the interviewer was easily flustered and Elon avoided the questions.

Swept the floor with him
Floor in a pigsty.
the bbc rep got more than he could chew lmao.
Glad to see Elon call out the media's sense of entitlement.
That's why he is the richest person on earth: No bullsh*t allowed.
Well, if you admire and approve what someone says just because of his fortune, then you would lick anybody's balls if he asked you to do it. Get some self-esteem.
Supposedly the richest
Got it from daddy.....
@@d.h.jefferies2191 I mean the dude made Zip2, Paypal and probably other stuff, so yeah ofc he is rich now. I do not understand why people try to diminish his work. Is it jealousy or simply ignorance maybe?

LOVE IT!! It got very uncomfortable real quick and it's refreshing to see. Every person in the media needs to be pressed like this to prove their claims.
Yet musk lies too. Silly hooman
"There's many organizations that say that kind of information is on the rise"
Ok have examples, No?
Elon is a kind and honest person. The journalist was dishonest in his allegations and should apologize to Elon for being so disrespectful.
why would you think he is kind and honest? just wondering
I agree, he appears to care a great deal about the human race and its survival.
The lack of ability to manipulate him while censoring facts and "truth" infuriates the propagandists because the game is up 😊
@@dizonthis actions speak louder then words. He ain’t making shit off Twitter. But neither were the previous owners. His changes make it a place more people can be involved in without fear of losing their voice based on their opinions.

5:00 "Oh you thought it wasn't." Is it any wonder a man with intellect this crisp is a billionaire?

This is not an interview, it's a cross examination.
It’s funny that the interviewer didn’t expect to be on the receiving end.

Normally you need the intervew to go well, so you play the reporters game. But Elon doesn’t care so he doesn’t play the game

Consciousness is not dead yet.
Free speech is not dead yet.
Truth is not dead yet.
Gotta love this man. Missed a trick though at 3:20, when the interviewer said "there are many organisations now that say it's on the rise", should have countered with "and what if that is misinformation?"
😮😮the interviewer was not prepared to back his statements.
This reminds me of the interview Cathy Newman did of Jordan Peterson.

I wish each “news media” agency would answer the same exact questions!
When you ask a couple questions, their arguements fall apart
All you have to do is ask for examples.
It’s very easy to say “ there’s lots of hate speech, so what do you do?”
The challenge is to actually get a factual example out of these activists.
The follow up question really destroys these people.
Does any mainstream media ever fact check themselves, and issue apologies or corrections? Not that I am aware of...
Those are not mainstream media, those are Goebbels’ RMVP (Reichsministerium für Volksaufklärung und Propaganda).
Most of them do, like the BBC for example. They just don’t get any coverage
They shock you and then edit 1 day later without telling anyone. It's the shock they are after not the truth. Nordstream or the Russian Rockets in Poland are obvious examples in the past months.
You're not aware of much then.
