    I am sorry to hear Jorge say this about the vegan diet. It seems like caffeine, and adequate water should be enough to compensate for any low energy. Otherwise I have been using Jorges eating plan from 8 minutes in the morning since 2003 and I have had good results with it.

    So are you saying that your diet before was not beneficial?! Yet you shouted out for that diet for years! This is confusing...1st the 'science' was for your diet before & now the 'science' is for being vegan for breakfast!
