1991 when I was 18 years old, I had a job at an IHOP restaurant. After getting off work every night I would walk across Fort Logan National Cemetery. Half way through, I would sit next to a pond and hear the Ducks flapping their wings etc. Then I would continue my long walk all the way home. It was an Unforgettable experience under the moonlight.

What an incredible live sound. Some bands go entire careers without ever sounding this good live.
And you think this is a recording made with one mic or something? Hehe... Don't count on it. There was a full-fledged recording studio backstage and afterwards there was a lot of mixing and brushing up involved 😆Production-wise it's not even that great, the sound is quite flat.
Its because of songs like these that 1980s came to be know as the GOLDEN 80s!!!
This is one of few songs that live version sounds better than original version.

My mom and dad were metalheads from 1984 to mid-90s when they were young 13/14. They had me very young (17/18) at the very end of the 80's. The sound of the guitars instantly takes me back to being a kid at backroad keggers. I can still smell the aquanet, empty Budweiser cans and Marlboro lights. It's a strange, comfortable nostalgia.

Sen Kent i Stockholm och sen Jonathan Johansson på Pustervik här i Göteborg den 17:e december. The Book of Souls turné fortsätter nästa år. Tänker åka på minst en av de konserterna.

Every video I've seen of maiden is that they just seem to thoroughly enjoy what they do. You couldn't better their interaction with the audience, that's why their live shows are awesome!

THIS is the reason we walked through life with our leather jackets and thight pants, why we have long hair (at least some of us still do), why we have band shirts and name it all. Its pathetic who calls them self a musician these days. I know godly musicians who do demonstrations at NAMM, who live off of doing guitar seminars, meanwhile, pop artists make uber amounts of money on songs they don't even write with no effort.
