For example if you put like deadly spikes concealed in the mud, and no reasonable warning of the actual danger. Many activities have a 'you could die' statement in the waver. Skiing, rock climbing, trail or horse back riding, sky diving, or worst of all driving. Death and injury happens in almost every sort of physical activity. If you never want to "sign" anything to do with that, life would be boring. People need to 1. Fully understand the risks 2. Know that they can and will happen and it is nobody's fault and 3. Don't be surprised when they do.
The possibility of death or injury is all part of living on this planet
