One of the greats and great tune
Just hearing that intro makes my heart skips a beat. Been doing so since 1967..!
excelente versión 👍
Danke für die Erinnerungen, thanks😁
Nontheles Dave is great!!!!! And always Will be!!
What a beautiful song this is
The original technically was not by the Kinks, it was by Dave Davies, Ray Davies' brother
i love this song , wreckless eric does a cracking version too
Wander how many times he has performed this song in the last 55 years?? 👍
Dennis Diken on the drums from THE Smithereens!!!!!
Yo mismo me he quedado muerto con el simpatico Dave. Un ❤ para las coristas...😊
A good song,❤
Thanx for your inspiration and music! Followers from exUssr
Double legend..
Can still sing this great song without irony .
He comes over as a very likeable bloke, but I think he needs to put this in a lower key next time!
This is one song that should be kept in the original key, for the nostalgic value. Dave skilfully adapted the melody to suit his now limited range.
@@goldheartbadge And after all these years he doesn't know the lyrics by heart? Or is it even worse, he has come to the age he is loosing his memory?
Love you Dave Nige x
Cm pasa el tiempo 😓😢
Dave get rid of your backing singers.
You don't need them.
You are doing ok on your own.
Thank you for the music.
Still a Legend.
Definitely - fab music, he still sounds great, but the backing singers sound like a pub singalong night, after a few rounds.
Our first dance together while learning F0X TR0TT
🥰😍👍
Oh my God is this a nice Song.
definitive! Dave Davies is not Ray Davies!
The funeral song for alcoholics…
You speak too much
Awful sound!
Armer Dave Davies.Dieser Song ist grauenvoll.Go Home, please.
;-)
I was in Ostend with my dad in in August 1967 and this song blared out from every bar. Dad died in 1982; I hear this song, think of him and sob.
May your dad rest in peace. Greetings from Belgium.
@@Remco96187 I#ve heard this song first time in very hot summer night in this castle:

It was my very first 45 record I was 5yrs old. My dad gave it to me and said look after it. I still have it 56yrs later. Makes me think of my dad too😊
