TRASH FISH or KEYS DELICACY? | Amberjack Fish Dip {Catch Clean Cook}

Some days fishing can be tough! But being able to make the most of it is key. Here we did just that by catching some Amberjacks at the end of our long day and made some great fish dip to enjoy with family and friends.
Fish Dip Recipe:
1/2 cup Dukes mayonnaise
1/2 cup whipped cream cheese
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp chopped parsley
2 tbsp horseradish
1/2 teaspoon hot sauce (We like to use Tiger Sauce and add a little extra)
1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp Old Bay seasoning
8 oz of an oily fish (we used amberjack)
Additional: We like to mix in onion, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, yellow bell pepper and jalapeño as well. Adds a nice crunch and brightens up the dip. Serve with Club crackers and enjoy!
