Making small square bales with the EZ Trail Hay Basket Wagon

- It's hay season on our sheep and goat farm. We make small squares of hay for lambing and kidding season for easy feeding. We love this EZ Trail Hay Basket Wagon so we are only handling our small square bales once, when we are stacking them in the barn!
Bale baskets work great.

Yes! At least we're only handling it 2x - stacking and feeding!! But I love my round bales more!
@@cylonrollingacres sometimes i would let the bales stay in the basket for a couple day to make sure they were try enough to keep

Children should not be near machinery like that. Have to former neighbours lost young children because they got to comfortable around working farm machinery.
Yes farm safety with equipment is important and always a priority for us. In this case Dad was right by them when it was unloaded, and they were in front of the basket where it is the safest when unloading. We have a rule any moving/running equipment you stay far back while it passes or need to be with an adult.
