Katy Boardwalk

The city of Katy broke ground on the Katy Boardwalk District in 2017 on 169 acres south and east of Katy Mills. The 90 acres of park and trails at the Katy boardwalk is open for Katy residents.
Boardwalk developer Sueba USA announced March 24 that they have broken ground on the “Boardwalk Square” luxury loft-style apartments. The apartments are the second phase of the Boardwalk District’s development. Boardwalk Loft, the first phase of apartments, opened in 2021 adjacent to the district’s 90-acre lake and trails.
