I apologize for the horrible lighting and laggy camera throughout. Unfortunately I was not able to film this with my DSLR. This was a spur of the moment video where I needed to discuss these issues before I said something rude to someone.
I do not want to come off as insensitive, but sometimes I just feel the need to be blunt. Please know that I have the cleft community's best interest at heart.
