As an infp, I get very angry over injustice or people taking advantage of others. Otherwise, I just get irritated.

I get pretty angry at people being cruel, in many forms. People displaying a lack of compassion really does upset me.

When people show complete lack of empathy towards me because it’s such a common occurrence, it’s very rare someone hold space for me or gives empathy that being said, I’ve learned to do it on my own

I hate being told what to do, when i get blamed for something I didn't do, or when someone tells me to get out of lala land, or that I am too naive.

I get angry being misunderstood, devalued, unheard, miss treated. All I want is to. I actually don’t know what I want

When I get really really upset after rebelling quite a few times and still not taken seriously, then I'll slowly leave you alone. Bye.

Hmm.. I mostly get upset when people dont share my values, but it doesnt make me angry. When my boundaries are continuously being overstepped, however, it gets messy. Especially if I have been able to set them beforehand.. That in itself is a struggle though.. remebering to tell people what you are thinking, before acting on whats on your mind.
Its true I rarely get really angry, but when I do, it has serious consequences for the people involved.

If you want to understand stress, I recommend reading János Selye's - Our Life and Stress.(In english: The Stress of Life- Selye Hans) There are three ways to treat stress:
    1, Fight effectively
    2, Escape effectively
    3. Ask for help effectively
He explains these 3 coping methods. Sometimes it's perfectly valid to "pull back". What many people forget is that in a connection, 2 people are responsible. I don't agree with reacting to the abstract. Specifically, for example, if someone is yelling or lying, why shouldn't you leave?
There are plenty of other people who will treat you well
    :) just some thoughts

totally valid sometimes! oh and i mean in general anger is an abstract emotion, angry people tend to abstract away from small problems in the moment and make them into big or symbolical issues. A one time mistake wouldnt make a person angry, but feeling persecuted or treated injustly (abstract values) might.

also why i say its an ”intuitive” emotion :) the problem is often that your intuition is unstable

Infps, agreeableness is linked to all kind of inflammatory diseases. Please look up Dr. Gabor Mate.
