Can anyone explain to me why Am Pentatonic works throughout the progression
That's a good question. The key to this song is C major. Therefore, any scale whose key can be used on the C diatonic is fine. For example, it doesn't matter whether it's the C major scale, the D Dorian scale, or the G mixolydian scale. Also, I think that the choice of scale can be the scale that the person likes.When I play solo, the scale I choose is c major penta. Also, for E7, use P5 of E.
Because it is the minor relative of C.
When you have a pentatonic scale and start with you index finger on 5 fret its in am, if you start with you pinky in fith and index on 2 then you in a major. So a minor and c major is actually totally the same shape😮😮😂

Hello can i ask is there a 9th in the cmaj7, if yes why is it not written as cmaj9? As well as the E dominant 7 has notes #9th and b13? Are those notes bass or what? Hehehe im studying music HELP me out
A tension chord includes 9th, 11th, and 13th in the chord notation, and is called a chord with a specific note added to the treble part of the constituent notes.
Compared to general triads and tetrads, the number of constituent notes increases, which complicates the sound. Therefore, the tensions of these chords are collectively classified by the name of tension chords.
The constituent sounds of c major 9th are C, E, G, and D (9th). In this case, the 7th sound is not included. That's why the notation is Cmaj9.

貴重なご意見ありがとうございます。まずはテンションを省いたコードフォームで押さえてはいかがでしょうか。ギターでコードを押さえる場合に大切な音は、3度の音と7度の音とテンションです。コードの中のすべての音を押さえる必要はありません。試してみてくださいね😃✨
