I love your channel!! I’m from New Hampshire but have been out to LA multiple times in the last couple years, I fell in love. I have a custom woodwork business out here, and have been getting into real estate (especially development). But it’s been on my mind all the time to come out there and thankfully I don’t have many tie downs out here. So I’ve made my mind up to come out there this fall and see what I can do! I’ve found a couple company’s that is interested in hiring me, (either custom woodwork or construction) I’d love to be able to work with a crew building one of there’s 10+M houses in the hills with a view everyday. Thanks for all the info and encouragement ! I’ve watched most of you’re vids while I’m here just planning my future! Thanks Ben ! -Mitch

Man, all these neighborhoods are amazing. Im from Venezuela and they remind me of where I used to live with the vegetation, mountains and views. That is why I fell in love with LA and really thinking about making a move there. Screw all the haters! Lol

@@BenBelack thank you yes the house was completed in 2009 its a French chateau style home over 16,000 square feet commissioned by a very wealthy business man. If I’m not mistake I think he recently sold it
