Not sure why you think Captain Rex is specifically the shutdown. He doesnt stagger, and SLKR is immune to it anyways with the 'Press The Advantage' zeta. Rex does daze, but that only stops the call to assist and counter attack of FOST, which are not 100% anyways. Daze stops turn meter gain, but the effect in the FO datacron LOSES turn meter. Nothing in his kit is special with rebels.
I tried 2manning Rey Holdo with SLKR and FOST and it only didnt work because Rey ult killed Slkr. Fost had no problem surviving. I dont even have Fost Zeta or good mods on him

Yeah this cron is amazing for sure, in reality you will probably still want to bring hux but I thought it was a fun showcase of how good the cron is!
