I think this is pretty normal when you bleach dark hair. Also, she can always tone it so it doesn’t look brassy
I've had a problem with their highlights not the ombré. Whenever I highlight my hair with their products ALWAYS turns orange!!!
My hair turned a little bit orange since the last time I highlighted. :(
