start with mimic on beach, drive anticlockwise around train track, kill all boses easy in 20 minutes.

You have to go to the left side and press red button on the door I had same issue lol

he said, drive around the traintracks and youll find him. he starts there so if youre the first person to go there and drive on the tracks he will spawn there most of the time as ive found out. but if someone has already passed it he could be anywhere on the traintracks. you could check out the vault first if you spawn nearby to check if anyone already killed him.
