- Today I’m testing out and reviewing the new COSORI 26-Quart Ceramic Air Fryer Oven.
*Update 2/15/24: Please avoid using the sheet tray on the ceramic burner to protect the coating, instead it is advised to use the casserole pan on the ceramic burner.*

This new premium air fryer oven is easy to use, easy to cook with, and easy to clean. I was pretty impressed. I share with you the 13 different settings (including two cool ones I’ve never seen on an air fryer oven before), what you can cook with it, the different accessories included with it, and the cleanup.
Thank you to COSORI for sponsoring this video!

Too bad this is a sponsored review. I hesitate to purchase as the reviewer may be biased and not discussing any faults of the unit.
I was just looking at my ninja air fryer oven pro and trying to figure how to clean it. Seemingly impossible to clean well on Reddit and various CZcams videos that have attempted. No oven cleaner use on the metal insides etc. . The overall clean inside design with the ceramic bottom burner makes this a strong selling point of this unit. The backup burner use is a very cool bonus feature as well. Thanks for the great review of this! As well as all your other informative reviews!
I have an earlier version of the Corsori and absolutely love it and use it daily. My gas oven is rarely used now.
I use a toaster/oven for EVERYTHING! And have for over 20 years. Don't have a toaster. While mine doesn't say it's an air fryer, it does have some capabilities. I would definitely buy this when I need a replacement.
To turn off the display of the CCO-R251-SUS/CCO-R252-SUS Ceramic Toast Oven:
1.Press and hold the Light button for 3 seconds to turn off the display (can press any button to active the display (except >ll )
2.If the toaster oven is inactive for 45 seconds, the display will turn off automatically. Use any control to wake up the toaster oven (except >ll )
3.As with most appliances, it is a good habit to unplug the unit for energy-saving purposes and as a safety precaution
I always unplug my countertop oven
Oh dear heart, I have not used my stove/oven in years, I only use my instant pots and Ninja toaster oven, but this unit changes things up having that burner, that is flaming awesome! I use my Ninja for my main cooking/baking/pizza along with my instant pots, but not having to drag over one of my counter burners that is a game changer. All in one, well, except I use my instant pots daily also. Conventional stove, who needs one.
This is the greatest review video on CZcams. This lady is extremely thorough and I recommend this video to anyone. I just subbed.
Great review, Lisa! Cosori has been a great brand for me. 😊
THE BEST sales pitch that I have ever heard!
Informative, honest, it has the 'aawww'/ 'wow'! factor, All questions answered, except the price!
I am Sold!!
Thank you!
Great job! I love your channel and book. I trust you.
Have you checked the Temperature accuracy with an oven thermometer? I have always done that and it’s always interesting. Some are excellent most are not. And it’s important to know.
Very nice review. You covered it all.
Purchased a Cosorif 13 in 1 air fryer oven with a rotesserie a couple of years ago, and it is still trucking fine! Interesting how Cosori made this look like the Ninja. Wish it had a rotesserie. Great review.
Excellent production and content. I think this is the oven for us.
For Cosori 13 function 26 quart, to Turn off the oven, press and hold lightbulb icon on keypad, as per instructions
Thanks for this video. I'm still thinking about which air fryer toaster oven is right for me. The ceramic interior looks likes like it's easy to clean. It would be great if the burner was induction!
Great 👍 value $-thanks for yr wonderful review !
Cannot wait for this to come to the UK. Fantastic review, thanks so much :)
And Australia
Excellent content!!! I love using air fryers but this is a definite game changer.
This is an amazing machine. I’m gonna start saving for capacity.
Thanks for a thorough review. Which part of this oven is ceramic? It looks like the black trays look like non-stick not ceramic, is that correct? I am looking for a healthy non-stick option and if these trays are ceramic, that would be great!
This is really cool! I recently bought the ninja combi steam oven and it has a sauté mode using the bake tray.
Great Video! Thanks for sharing
Wow I'm impressed, but I'm surprised it doesn't have a second rack for double rack cooing does it have the option to buy more racks for dehydrator
The Breville bakes, roasts, 2 convection settings, dehydrates, air fry, slow cooks etc.. and has ceramic interior for easy clean.
Can you give me the model number because the Breville countertop that I am looking at they do not have a dehydrate function
Too many bad reviews on this one on Amazon
The manual says on page 5 to turn the oven off, press and hold the light button.
😏 I completed my order using the coupon code before the video was over. 🙌🏾 I’ve had my eye on the Cosori dehydrator but the fact that it’s the same price & it does everything I need, all I needed to see were the functions.
Do you still like it unfortunately, the discount is over
Nice, very impressive machine. One question, does it have a Venting/Sealing button?
I have the Cuisinart version which is difficult to keep clean. I like the ceramic finish to this one.
Really cool appliance! Wonder if you can turn off the beeping noise? every time she pushed a button to change function, time or temp- it beeps!
I'm watching a lot of these reviews because I honestly have never had an air fryer but so so so want one - just can't decide which. This one is fantastic and would be my choice if it was available here in the EU. Hopefully it will. make it to Europe. Easy to clean, no heating tubes on the bottom that take up space and don't clean nicely. The ceramic makes everything so easy to handle and the burner is a huge plus. Love the thermometer, too. One question - how hot does the outside of the oven get? Is it dangerous to touch it when the oven is on?
And here comes a big THANK. YOU for the great job you did explaining, showing and sharing your experiences with us. You do this in such a lovely way, just like a friend telling a friend 😀. I enjoyed your performance very much, actually I have watched this video several times during the last months. Apart from the fact that this oven is an outstanding product, your review certainly helps with the decision making. As soon as it is available in Germany I'll buy one... enough time to save up the money since this is not a low-price device but well worth every cent. It comes with so many sheets and racks and everything looks solid and well-made.
Long comment short - THANK YOU and all the best from Bavaria 🙋🏻♀Lisa (yes, that's my name 😀)
Thanks for the info. Does the top get hot when cooking? How about the bottom, does it get hot too? Is it safe to put this oven on a wooden table? Thanks.
Looks great. I would have
I,ed to see the internal top of the oven. Is it a ring element? If so, when you use Broil (or grill as we say in the UK) the food must spit and that is the problem with most air fryers. Bacon for example, spits like mad and consequently the surface behind the element gets badly marked and is impossible to clean. Is this one any different?
What a Great Review, I will check it out, but it probably uses just to much power for our home here in Italy
I couldn't sleep and came across your videos. I just bought this Cosori. I'm concerned about the got surfaces. I have 4" clearance on each side from my wall a d 5" from oven to caninet. I don't want my cabinet to warp. Do you find it a concern? I have only tried toast and it got very hot. It takes longer to make toast than with my Power XL Pro. Thanks for your videos.
Would be great for a dorm room.
Do you know if this will be available in the UK?
I want one!
Very nice presentation and comparison thank you
Interesting concept, but I am wary of machines with soft-touch controls. They have been an annoyance on every machine I have that incorporates them. Sometimes right away, being unresponsive, and sometimes breaking after a period of use. Either way, not an easy fix.
Aye, same here. I hate membrane panels as they breakdown and become unsightly within a year or so.
HI. Can i get a link to your water kettle?
From Instant Pot tips to infomercials. Awesome.
Sarcasm if you couldn't tell. Don't we get enough commercials on CZcams. Now we have infomercials.
Having an oven/air fryer provides more opportunities for your cooking needs than a dedicated air fryer. If you have the space on your counter top, I recommend it - you can put away that bread toaster. I like the burner option on this oven, I didn't get it on the oven I purchased, but no great loss. What I like most about an oven this large is that it does not get your kitchen all hot and it takes shorter times to heat than stove ovens. Great video, but how have you use "a lot of appliances" if you're only 23? lol
Sounds great , I like to keep my kitchen countertops clear so I'm not sure about the size . Could u recommend a smaller toaster oven/ air fryer combo? The stove top option is clever but not sure people will remember pot handles get hot
Get pot with handles that don't get hot simple.
@@grahamjohnson4702 I already assumed her pot handles don't get hot since she uses it on her own stove, but ok
Im always dubious of the cleaning claims for toaster ovens. Like, sure, its easy to clean after 5 uses in your first week, none of which are very grease heavy. Show me how it looks after 50 chicken wings, or a couple of lbs of bacon etc. The lack of grease or stains on the fan or rack rails always give away how under used these devices are during the reviews. I will say, the lack of heating bars across the bottom or wierd back corners like my Ninja Foodi Smart XL Pro Air (which is a nightmare to keep clean, if not literally impossible) has is nice, but i want to see actual real world results with this device being the primary cooker.
Honestly, reviewing devices like this should require a minimum of 6+ months of use, because a couple of days just wont produce accurate real results. Not a knock against the channel, the review was informative and well done, but the need to release content just doesn't bode well for product reviews like this.
Agree! The reviews should continue with monthly use. The pro's/con's always pop up eventually
That is the one reason I am considering this one is I’ve had two countertop ovens and they are a pain in the you know what to get clean
You would probably have to wipe it down every time if you wanted to keep that fan area clean
I bought this Kori oven and I think I really like it but I’ve noticed that it doesn’t notify me when it’s done preheating or when it’s done cooking because there’s something I need to do
Is it available in the uk
No off button! Oh my there is always something. What happens when your like okay food is done early I'm taking it out, you press pause?
Wonder if ceramic is nontoxic 😜thanks
Basically a Ninja Combi
is this a pfas and gen-x free??
Hello...You did a dam Good job of selling that oven,I am from Barbados, tell me, how do I get one of those ?
Let me know the Price and where to order it from Please ...
Wow nice oven. Do you know if it is nontoxic?
She said it has ceramic sides= non toxic! The bottom & top are heat elements… not sure about that, but my guess is it is fine?!?
I could not get the discount code to apply.😢
I have a New wave oven that does everything also. My air fryer basket got burnt and dark looking after a few uses. I’m not happy about that. It’s not easy to clean the insides. ( sides and Top ) of the Newwave. The airfryer baskets will always get darkened .
Nice.
I wonder how it would do in making char sin, or Chinese Roast duck, or crispy skin pork...
I understand this is ceramic coated but I’d like to know is it is PFOA PTFE free. I own birds and this is always a concern. I would love to see someone do videos on PFIA, PTFE free appliances!
Where can I buy this in U.K. not on amazon
And how do you clean it?
Sorry my friend, I'm not impressed, I'll stick with & keep my Gourmia 17 n 1 air fryer -toaster- convection oven. The only feature I'm missing and will upgrade for is rotisserie feature
Sadly this does not appear to be available on the UK market yet!
The big reveal is at 13:35.
Can you bake a bread in it? Thank you.
Does the outside of this oven get really hot? were there any warnings in the instructions about how far to place it from walls? I ask because i purchased something similar that got really hot. I hope this doesn't because it would be a great RV oven.
so if we get this we dont need to buy a seperate air fryer, oven for baking and even a microwave……woww am sold at the idea 😂❤
So this ceramic air fryer is one safe ones as they've had lots recalls on smaller one due to wiring issues pls let me no if this is safe thx
I bought a French door Gourmia only lasted a year and a half. The plug got really hot and then unit just fried.
A burner? Wow
Like this, unfortunately not available in France.
The Cosori manual advises against putting accessories in the dishwasher. I guess you missed that part?
So, how *do* you turn it off???
You press and hold the light button for about three seconds
Do they ship to Canada
That is my question.
Try a Ninja Speedi or the new Ninja Combi. It does all the same things.
I agree. The Ninja Combi is really cool. Just depends on if you want the door to open sideways or straight down. I’m a fan of Ninja products.
Looks like a mini oven without the burners. Good for a camper. I use my stove everyday. I don't get the hype.
Show us how to air fry a T-Bone Steak please
How much did it cost and where to purchase?
Did you also want her to go and collect it for you as well. You are on the computer so use it, try my friend Mr Google.
@@grahamjohnson4702that was a mean comment. I wondered the same thing.
@@We-Fly-Soon That's because you are lazy and want others to do the work for you, no way was it a mean comment.
@@grahamjohnson4702it is reasonable question because it is only mentioned on their amazon page. No other options appear.
Does anyone know how big of a Dutch Oven can fit in this??
The Dutch oven would be too heavy for the wire rack. I guess you could put it on the bottom.
The burner is good for things like frying eggs etc. but if you know the tricks you can cook an egg in the microwave, which I believe most people have these days.
So your last comment was about the off switch there was none there was no way to turn it off so what was your recommendation on how do you stop it then. I mean what would you do to stop it just reach back and unplug it? You didn't give us any solution to how you handle that problem
The play/pause button it times the unit out. You may be surprised by how many countertop appliances like normal toasters draw current even when "off".
Just press and hold the light button... It turns the unit off and says goodbye
Could u do a Small Turkey in this????
Hi, does this do steam and microwave also?
Are you serious?
@@grahamjohnson4702 What do you mean?
@@arare5678 Just look at your post and you should be able to work it out. If you can't comeback to me and I will explain.
@@grahamjohnson4702 please explain
@@arare5678 Whilst you can have an air fryer that will steam you can't have an air fryer oven that will steam or contain microwave because of the construction of an oven having an open un sealable door, so not at all possible.
Check with the manufacturer but sometimes holding the start button a few seconds turns the unit off.
Good suggestion. There might not be an Off button but I bet there would be a Cancel button.
My instructions say push the light button and hold. It will then telly you goodbye and turn the oven off.
What no rotisserie? My Cosori has but it's a British model, US models don't make it over here because you use that feeble 110volt mains not the 240volt we get in the UK.
when you state dimensions say what they are - width, depth, height - even the manufacturers website doesn't tell you this and makes it confusing and this info can be critical so you know it will fit in the area you want to use it.
My controls get extremely hot. Does anyone else have this problem? The handle you touch no problem but the controls themselves….
Are these pans that toxic non stick surface
I wonder if I can put a pizza stone in it...
Well I got one and I hated it. I couldn't get it to Airfryer right. I want to get the other kind. Not this brand but another one
Can I make a meatloaf in this little oven?
Hi... I'm confused and want to do the right thing. In your video you place the Sheet Pan directly on the ceramic burner. When I opened my new Cosori product I noticed that it states Do Not put the Sheet Tray / Pan directly on the ceramic burner. So I guess I want to know is it ok or is it not ok. While I love your video presentation it does contradict what Cosori recommneds, when it comes to placing the Sheet Pan directly on the ceramic burner.... Please Help? Keep doing what you are doing as your are really good and presenting clear and easy understand videos.
I’m wondering why your information says that. I am looking at the online manual, page 22, (considered buying this) and it says, under “Burner Function “, “This function uses the ceramic burner to cook anything that would usually be cooked on a stovetop. The burner can be used by itself or combined with other cooking functions for 2-layer cooking.” Then it proceeds to explain how to do so.
Hi Lynn, thank you so much for the response. I got clarification from Cosori and they stated there is a chance of possible damage to the Sheet Pan over time and there are no concerns about anything else. That was why the manual that came with my appliance clearly states do not place the Sheet Pan dirictly on the burner. They stated it was fine to place the Casserole Pan directly on the burner, if necessary.@@lynneb.3935

Cosori or ninja oven 10 in 1?
all ovens with a bottom elementt could be used as a burner, in fact my smeg has a pizza stone that fits on a bottom recess, but the door would get in the way if you wanted to stir things, some benchtop ovens let you cook on top too. personally it is something i would steer clear of
Thank you for making this video on the new Cosori Oven! Very helpful and knowledgeable.
Though, the audio in this video is *extremely* over-compressed. The breath and sibilance of your voice becomes very distracting. If you'd like help with this, I can absolutely offer some tips.
This is just an oven like most other convection ovens and the settings are based on time and temperature. - just a gimmick to call it names. Also using a wire basket or a sheet pan with a wire rack will turn any small convection oven or even a large oven into an air “fryer”, it’s really baking.
You boomers need to stop spreading this misinformation. Some of these ovens have a much stronger fan that you can actually hear the difference when its cooking. Much louder and faster than a convection fan.
And im gonna take a big guess and say youve never actually used an airfryer of any kind?
@@TheOnlyChrisB 😁😁😁😁
It's a bit like having a ceiling ventilator and saying "this learblower is just a ventilator, the only thing it does is blowing air"
The other thing is that a vent blows air arojnd as it is, an air fryer like this one sucks in the air from the oven and then blows it over a heating element as hot air back into the oven.
Yes it's still convection and yes IT Doesn't lhisically fry anything (call it stupid marketing because it is technically deceptive or because it generates sells and gives people what they hope for call it genius) some bigger concection ovens have such heating elements too but not all. And yes a leafblower is basically still just a ventilator but try blowing your leaves with your ceiling vent. I am sure it might just somewhat work but you'd have to be an ignorant fool to not see the difference in effect.
❤
It is a shame that there is no rotisserie, otherwise I would buy one of these.
You said ‘nonstick’ re inside cleaning ease. Ceramic? Nonstick? Need clarity here, please?
I would rather have a proof mode.
