Thank you for your service to Indian people in Oklahoma, New Mexico, Arizona and California. I served with a Navajo man while in the Navy who was from New Mexico. I'm the son of a Pearl Harbor Attack survivor so I'm grateful for contributions by the Indian Code Talkers during the war.

I got to know Tony Navarro out on Hopi. Mrs. Navarro was friends with my mother, Effie Beatty. Tony and I would get wood for my mother.
In 1981 went with Haskell singing group. Marlin George Tahdoahnippa invited us to sing. George was singing with us and he was dancing too. I asked for Tony. I believe that he was working with the forest services.
You are one in a million person. I wish I lived close by and learn your language. Keep on with your wonderful work. God bless you and all of yours.

God Bless and may the torch be carried on. I'm a South African woman who is an elder too. I somehow have a great connection with the American Native narrative. Especially the Lakota and Hopi Tribes. I don't know why but it begs the question that are we not all spiritually connected universally?
Recently found out im native on my mother and fathers side ❤️ now researching our history.
Goes to show you why God put you on this planet. It's to help others. And give you joy!

Wow! So many different things you did!
Gla dto see such a positive message. Thank you
Thank you for sharing your rich heritage😉🤗
Its rare to find alot of elders that have knowledge of their history still, Such is the destruction that was wrought upon our people till this day. I often wondered how my family ended up in upstate ny, and at 34 i just found out that the place i was born was the place where they brought our people for reeducation from all around the country. Most of my family's history is most likely lost or hidden forever, So if you get a chance to have a elder that remembers such times, you'd be smart to talk to them, write it down, record it, and believe it ahead of everything your told. Because they won't always be with us. So do it while you can, less it be lost.
Well done beautiful woman
god bless
This woman doesn't sound like what the newspapers described in her early times!!!
All people born on this continent are natives (locals), and thus: native Americans.
Goes to show you why God put you on this planet
