God of fire actually got me into Cristal Lake one of my favourite songs
I actually disagree! The simplicity of the song is what makes it hard for me. Sometimes I really don't want to hear a shit ton of notes being played. This song is exactly how I love to hear a more simple metal song. There was nothing but quality and that's what you absolutely need if you're not going to be shredding or playing more melodic to keep the person entertained.

It’s the 7th track off the album. Whereas Breaking the Mirror is the 2nd. So I get a feeling that this is kinda like the ‘shattered glass’ of the album (hope it’s not and that there is some ultra heavy banger, but nevertheless the song is dope) and Breaking the Mirror is like ‘ The Price of Agony’.
It’s the 7th song off the album? To me that’s disappointing. It sounds like an album opener and it would make sense being one if it was. But if it’s the 7th track then I’m bummed out, because it sounded basic to me. Nothing special in my opinion. I liked the first single better. And I love bangers. I just wish bands weren’t as basic with their heavier tracks.

Because this song was really only a song they played on tour initially makes me think they wrote it on the road to feature Crystal Lake and Solid State let them turn a surprise crowd-pleaser into a real song with adding the effect.
