This is the first Dreamcatcher MV that they used mostly CGI. They did that to avoid building a lot of sets that would just be torn down and tossed into a landfill. They talk the talk and walk the walk. Everyone can do something because we caused this problem. Don't buy a new phone when the old one still works. Don't buy a new car when the old one still works. Don't buy stuff you don't need, especially stuff from China which is the worlds number one source of green house gases by far. They burn coal to make that piece of trash you don't even need. We are the problem and we are the solution.
"Maison" is part 1 of the Apocalypse trilogy. Dreamcatcher are touching on a very important subject here. Maison is French for "house" or rather "home" (seems like I don't have to tell you that, hehe), and they are singing about everyone's home, which is our planet. Previously they talked about online hate, now they are tackling an issue that impacts the whole planet and therefore everyone. Climate change is going to affect all of us, and it is already affecting many people. Island Nations will disappear under the ocean ("Save my home in the ocean"). Ice melts in the arctic and displaces people ("Save my home in the polar"). Forests get decimated by corporate greed and habitats get destroyed ("Save my home in the jungle") and disappearing glaciers and snow packs result in even less water for deserts ("Save my home in the desert"). People have a natural tendency to ignore issues that seem to be in the future - but climate change is here, right now. We can't wait anymore, and it is good that Dreamcatcher use their platform to promote change: "Break your habit now!" Musically I really enjoy the song. Like in BEcause, the rock/metal vibe is dialed back a bit, but it is still there and highly distorted. Although the more I listen to it, the more Rock I hear. I especially like how the pre-chorus and chorus seems to appear out of nowhere, the chord progression in the bridge, and the epic end part. The bass line is crazy as well. LEEZ and Ollounder (their producers) have done it again, and the members are just brilliant. Respect!
yes the song is about polution/climate change the mv is them being some sort of celestial beings who come to our ( post apocalyptic ) world through portals and fighting the worlds corruption

DreamCatcher never won anything before this song and that means five of the members waited almost eight years after debuting as Minx. Still more than five years for the two members who joined later when they all debuted as DreamCatcher. It's literally a record for the K-Pop Group taking the longest amount of time from debut to get a win at a show. The entertainment industry is totally rigged and DC are living proof. They are GREAT at what they do but they only won for this song when they had SO MUCH great material before this...
