y'know I was kinda hesitant when I clicked on this video, mainly because while I love logo history videos, I'm not too keen on the ones where they're narrated, mainly because the production values are... quite poor, shall we say (bad mic quality, little kid eating the mic while explaining the intricate details of the FHE logo and then yelling at his mom for telling him his dinner is ready, bursting into tears at that one Russian logo, speaking incredibly monotone or breathing heavier than a marathon runner, or just cringe in general because let's face it, most of these comment sections are filled with slight social deficiencies in terms of communication, language barriers, wild age gaps and patience) but I have to say, you're a very welcoming and needed change of pace to this format, and I don't know what it was but I was hooked from the moment I heard your voice - you know what you're talking about and I like that, so you've earned this subscription tbh, keep up the good work and ignore the little impatient children

The irony is that the Curious George trailer was also used in the 2005 film Madagascar, at least the DVD releases in the US and Canada

Reasons:
- Film scratches and dust visible.
- Film grain visible.
- Colors are slightly faded, common on older film.
- Gate weave visible.

Don't forget Dolby NR as well, usually used on cassette deck.
Now, Dolby changed its logo, inverting the usual Double-D design logo while keeping the original properties. No more squared Double-D logos.

It really is my favorite Dolby logo. An animation upgrade and even a reorchestrated soundtrack would be very nice.

the reason it says there still in use is because the logos are ussally shown by the theater, not the movie, its not proven but techannly yeah there might features out there that still use the old logos
What you have for the 2nd logo was an early variant. You couldn't find the original?

Think of the "where available" variant without that text
Basically the shine is different, the Dolby text is not thick and the shine disappears after it passes the "double d" on the right.

DTS - the digital experience was appearing any Dreamworks dvd from (1999-2001). Universal dvd from (1999-2000) close encounters of the third kind dvd 2001 and terminator 2 ultimate edition dvd 2000.
DTS - Sonic Landscape was appearing any Dreamworks dvd from (2000-2005). Universal dvd from (2000-2005). Pearl Harbor dvd 2001 and vista series dvd 2002. anchor bay entertainment dvd (2001-2009). 20th century fox dvd (1999-2005). And the crimsons rivers Les Rivières pourpres French dvd 2001 swings girl Japanese dvd 2005 and metro ni notte dvd Japanese 2007.

The city redux i can see actually used by the brazilian movie Channel "Tele Cine" before the movie, i seen this on *SKY* HDTV tv signal. 2ND, The dolby TrueHd logo i seen it in forza horizon 1 and 2 from Xbox 360, changing TrueHD to Digital. Sadly, i dont have anymore the Xbox 360, since i have the PS4.
the Dolby city redux trailer was seen in telecine airings of many films i think.
i dont know if it was a dream,but one time is saw the 5th trailer but its on a black background and the logo was yellow.
