I have the same espresso machine! I have had to play around with mine a lot to get it to taste actually good and not extremely acidic or watery so I’m gonna list a couple of things I did differently if you want to read it at all :)
- I bought a metal portafilter and switched that out with the plastic one that came with it ( not a necessity I don’t think j from other ppls opinions I invested in it for a better tasting espresso shot)
- 17-20g of espresso grinds and the thing that rlly makes a diff is the tamping pressure so I invested in a tamper that I push down with and it automatically tamps it with enough pressure so that the shot is like secure in there and runs for the right amount of time (I think this is what rlly makes it watery vs not the tamp pressure and amount of grinds in the filter)
And that’s rlly it there r only so many buttons on the machine but when I started doing these things it automatically ran for longer like its supposed to for a good shot of espresso but u will figure it out! :)

you should try putting the icecubes in the glas first and then pour the espresso over, otherwise the espresso can get bitter 🥰🥰
