At the end of the day if a keeper is constantly making basic errors and not just in one game it gets to a point where others should be given a chance ie. yourself in professional semi pro level if a keeper continuously makes mistakes then they are dropped and others are given opportunities.

I played Sat/Sun for 20 years at an OK level in goal. ALWAYS had studs with me and particularly from September onwards all the way through given the state of some pitches (in Leeds at the time), even good quality Saturday surfaces needed studs over winter. Playing most weeks on Hackney Marshes and no studded boots? Unbelievable, particularly when NB sponsor you and am sure could sort you out a pair for next to nothing!

The training idea is good at the end.
You could see these performances and lack of team spirit from the pre-season and overall this season has been better than I expected. However when a well drilled team like this game comes, individual moments aren't enough to win the game. Olu was missed in midfield and a few additions to the defence are needed.
Congrats to Highgate Albion they deserved the win fully.

Terrible management. Justin is clueless, just keeps shouting 'are you fucking taking the piss??' every two minutes. What kinda management is that? Awful half time team talk, just digging out players, absolutely no tactical advice. Then Theo speaks and contradicts everything Justin just said and tries to encourage the players to get on the ball and play, leaves the whole team confused about what advice to take. Justin then takes off Sherri who was their only outlet and can stretch the game with his pace. Then the donut finishes it off with '3 on Baiteze', wtf looool its supposed to be Baiteze on 3. Im starting to think Justin has learning difficulties & a severe speech impediment. He's terrible at articulating himself and trying to get his point across.

Justin isn't the problem, it's the players. Turning up on time is an issue, fitness is an issue, players not turning up for away games because they can't be bothered to travel is an issue. Yes justin made a mistake and held his hands up, but players think they know more than him in turns of managing a team, especially theo when he had a terrible game, putting 50% in again.
