(I work for a really big, BROWN, logistics company, in one of their warehouses) They're not supposed to throw parcels or be rough but they still do. It also usually gets sent down a few conveyer belts upside down or whichever way it gets put on the belt. Its unfortunate. Bottom line is when shipping, fragile things should be secure and labeled as fragile and flammable since its perfume, and shipping warehouse workers should be more careful with packages.

You’re totally right about one thing-Tom Ford isn’t a good product for its price point. But neither does this $50 body spray …I mean “perfume” lmao this is a cash grab.
