    This looks a lot like a WA State Park restroom however the toilets are typically concealed flushometer toilets.

      This was at a campground in Lake Cushman.

      @@s.e.a.plumbing3092and the funny thing is that did used to be a state park called Lake Cushman SP. Was actually going to guess that this was Camp Cushman because the State Parks would have never installed tank toilets and this was one of a few State Parks that were bought out. I was meaning to get back there and video these restrooms. The toilets were changed out. They were in fact concealed flushometer toilets, two standard Madbrooks and one Kohler Trent. I never saw the day use restroom that was there - it was the other one that still had the old toilets in two of the three stalls. In the other part of the campground across the river, there was a smaller restroom with 1970’s Kohler Corwyn toilets in it. All of this used to be Lake Cushman State Park.
