I've said this before but I'll say it again. I so so very much appreciate how much your style of ASMR helps me with my intrusive thoughts. Just giving me a simple mental task like counting or identifying soft vs sharp is enough to keep my mind focused.
I recently realized that finding activities with this dual awareness component (where I'm keeping track of two things at once, just like I do when I'm listening to you while I'm counting in my head) is the key to helping me wind down after work and be able to connect with others instead of being stuck in my head alone all night :) Watching these videos was one of the things that helped me gain that insight so thank you, it has been life changing.
I can't focus much on slower ASMR but you're one of the few where I end up watching the whole thing! 😊
