Omg, I have watched this video about ten times now! I can’t believe how good a dancer Carlos is! I personally think there were at least a few more dances where he 100% deserved a perfect score. IMO the judges underscored him. He should DEFINITELY finished higher than 4th. (Btw, that Rumba was absolute 🔥!)
