  • Parts of the Western Cape are underwater.
The bad weather continued this weekend following days of torrential downpours and harsh winds.
Flooding has been reported in Belgravia, Gugulethu, Somerset West, Klipheuwel and Philippi.
To discuss we're joined by the Executive Mayor of Cape Town, Geordin Hill-Lewis.

COCT teams do their best in all areas but take into consideration that there are poor areas that are too dangerous for them to access without SAPS backup which is not always available. Teams have been held at gunpoint and robbed of all equipment and vehicles. These are also hardworking people trying to feed their families and they want to be able to go back home in one piece. If the communities stood together and protected these teams against the gangsters that prey on them they will be there to assist, but not at the cost of their lives.

Only criticism no gratitude for what is being done, how about you put your shoulder to the wheel and get stuck in and help.

I have commented 2 years and I still confirm that I solved the global warming problem.
From what I have researched and analyzed The violence is increasing than it has been every year.
    if
UN approves me to solve global warming problem, I will fix the problem ASAP. There is enough information I have to prove to everyone that scientific approaches and solutions to global warming can be restored to normal. .
