I don’t know how much the interviews really matter unless you completely screw them up. My wife and I are both Harvard alums, and we did interviews one year. We both talked to really talented applicants that we loved and really thought would be accepted. However, they all got rejected. Sometimes this whole thing is a crapshoot and you just have to be lucky. You are extremely smart so I’m certain that you’ll excel at Cornell! Congratulations!!!
