Hi, it's been a while. Since my friends asked me about hundred spears, so in this video I tried to make comparison between hundred spear skill and normal auto attack, which one is giving you a better dps - Hry

What I mean at 11:05 that is your character will most likely still attack the enemy with auto attack when it comes to freezing/global CD time (there's a moment that your character won't use/cast any skills after you use a particular skill with a long global CD like magnum break, so your character will only standing still like doing nothing during the global CD).
For example, if I use magnum break and I put the hundred spears skills on my auto skills, my character won't use/cast the hundred spears immediately. it will only stand still for 2/3 secs before it cast/use hundred spears again. But, when I put the auto normal attack on my auto, it will attack the enemy right away after I use the magnum break (like there's almost no effects from the global CD)
Way back then i used to switch sword berserk spear but now im too lazy bro lol sword build is just good only in pvp mode (just only my opinion) for my RK i used sword only for pvp woe ph gl 5v5 and farm for exp spear only for tr jup et ec freya and ton and i used AA instead of hundred spears by the way love and enjoy your vid bro keep it up🎉
Hahaha we are actually too lazy to do that trick and I honestly only do that during mvp. Agree that sword type is good on pvp contents since they debuff the spear type for pvp since the beginning lol. Thanks for watching, mate!

Hi thanks mate, unfortunately if you want to reach its maximum potential and DPS, you have to do it manually 😅 since RK Spear Type relies on its skills combo (for example dragon howling + Rain of Spears) and also good timing (you have to know when to use your dragon scion and berserk)
hey man, i see some builds for AA RK with spear and sword but i have one question: why not use side winder with the howling and breaths? the damage boost from them do not work in the second attack from the side winder? (im on lna server studying what my aa sniper will become in 3rd.)
Hi mate, based on my experience sidewinder card is only good for ullr's bow type sniper because it will trigger blitz beat more, but it's pretty decent for other dps jobs. It is simply because the sidewinder card will only boost your normal attack. I've just tested it and it's not better than the race cards/size cards
Speaking about the sidewinder card's effect, it gives you 10% chance to double attack which means that your character will deal 100% more damage in every 10 attacks or about 10% additional damage in average. So I think it would be better if you use race cards (will give you additional 30% damage at 3-stars) or size cards for your weapon. So I will recommend you to focus more on the blue race cards (strouf, goblin, peco egg, erath petite, flora, scorpion etc.). 3-stars race cards are cheaper and will be more useful in the future. Besides, it will also be compatible with every dps jobs (in case you decide to change your job).

Hi, basically you only need to prepare the sword type weapon (like anything) and put it on the hotkeys (like mine, you can see it next to blue pots). and you just simply change your weapon to sword right before you press the berserk skill, and then you switch it back to spear immediately right after it
change to sword >> berserk >> change to spear
But I will make a short video about it soon and I'll send the link here.

If you fight neutral boss, do you use fire converter and Magnum break to boost your damage? How about your build in PVP?
Yes correct, I usually use fire converter + magnum break + fire elemental pet as well to fight the neutral monster/boss
For PvP there's no much differences, I'm still using spear and the skills are the same, but I only change my presets where the stats (I allocate my points to VIT stats for PvP), also enchant, nexus, nebula and sigils focus more on pvp dmg/reduction stats

Hmm honestly I forgot about this one hahaha. As I remember I've tried it once and we can't do weapon swap in TSA. Better stick with the normal berserk play

CRIT OR CRIT DMG% more important yea? I feel like im not doing as high damage. Wonder where is my mistake
Maximize on your patk and pdmg first.
Crit above 250 especially on pvp and tsa so it will proc often.
Then you can maximize the crit damage.
In other word crit damage its the last you worried.
But try to get at least 40%above thats including food buff.
@@natejaydon3233 @ivanchong8834 yes correct, both of them are important. CRIT RATE, CRIT DMG%, PATK, PDMG% are essentials for RK spear type and they complement each other. For CRIT RATE I suggest you to reach around 250, it will be enough for most contents, especially PVE. While for CRIT DMG%, PATK, PDMG% you have to boost it as much as possible.
@@natejaydon3233 thanks ! in term of stat now without buff, PATK 14618, CRIT 237, CRIT %58, PDMG 129%.. i should think of a way to move the CRIT % to PDMG and a way to increase my PATK ? as i focus more on PVE

As long your patk, pdmg% and pve damage over the roof and some secret sauce special on sigil, you will always on top max dps compete with doram.

Halo bro, kebetulan saya belum punya aether OA nih, jadinya belum pernah nyoba, tapi kayaknya worth to try sih. Kalo memang si aether OA ternyata bisa ngeboost stack empower berarti kemungkinan lebih bagus pake 3 OB illusion + 1 aether OA.
Kebetulan dulu pernah nyobanya 3 OB Illusion + Injustice 3 stars vs 4 OB Illusion dan secara DPS lbh bagus 4 OB Illusion

Hi, what job sigil are you using, lance aurora?
Hi, i'm currently using Lance Strike job sigil in most situation, it's the best job sigil for Rune Spear. But I also use the Aura Enchantment sigil (auto cast Bolt) for grinding purpose (Combat Time, Monster Annihilation, Monster Research) since I'm only using auto attack when grinding
Why grace/justice and no truth/order ? I was thinking about going full glasscannon using full truth feathers
Hi, the main reason is because truth/order is expensive haha. I was actually planned to change my grace/justice feathers to truth feathers, but then sacred libra feature came, so I decided to use all the sacred feathers for my sacred libra progress and at that time I think sacred libra progress is more valuable (giving a lot stats bonuses)
@@papamidnite19 hmm since the beginning I'm focusing truth I'm lvl 80 I didn't know about that Libra thing but now is too late all pages are lvl 5-6
@@valderesapenas294That's okay I think, just level it up equally as high as the other feathers on the same statue. What's server are you in? If you are playing in the new servers, I think sacred libra update is still far away tho (will came when the server level reached 120)

@@JohanHeisenberg Kebetulan udah pernah nyoba bang, waktu itu sempat test sama beberapa set armor lain dan so far masih bagus Tyr karena bisa ngasih kita bonus PATK yang lumayan besar. Stat PATK lumayan penting karena banyak buff-buff yang tergantung atau berpangaruh terhadap PATK kita, kayak misalnya skill berserk, concentration, rune of courage, bonded fate-nya arc bishop, buff dari pet genesis dll. Simplenya semakin tinggi PATK kita maka semakin tinggi juga bonus PATK yang kita dapet dari buff-buff itu

Halo bang, yup hingga skrg saya pake job sigil RK yg baru dan hasilnya AA + ROS lebih baik ketimbang 100 Spears + ROS. Karena untuk main output damagenya itu tetep berasal dari Rain of Spears. Kalo sigil LK yg aura enhancement sepertinya lebih cocok untuk type sword bang 🙏🏾

bang combo di TSA paling gedenya gimana kalau RK Spear ?
Halo bang, kebetulan sekarang2 lagi jarang TSA, jadi gak pernah nyoba lagi. Cuma terakhir kali TSA itu buat dapet damage yang maksimal harus main dari PC dan kira2 sih stepnya begini:
1. Pastiin sebelum masuk kita penuhin dulu stacks dragonnya. Bisa di area dummy prontera jam 11, atau di field yang ada momonnya
2. Setelah itu pake magnum break (kalo lagi lawan yang MD element earth) + rune of courage sebelum masuk ke arena TSA
3. Saat masuk, di detik pertama langsung pencet (pake hotkey) dragon scion >> berserk >> howling (klo pake job sigil lancer strike ga perlu howling) >> ROS, abis itu jangan lupa pencet auto attack
4. Setelah itu sebelum ROS yang kedua, kita pencet sigil primal dulu, baru deh pake howling dragon >> ROS
5. Setelah itu bisa magnum break lagi (kemungkinan di sisa waktu 20 detik), baru setelah itu pake howling dragon >> ROS
6. Nah sisa detik ke 15 s/d 10 seharusnya stacks dragonnya sudah full lagi, baru deh setelah itu pake Dragon scion >> howling dragon >> ROS buat yang terakhir kali. Jadi total kita 4x ROS + 2x dragon scion (di detik awal dan 10 detik terakhir)

Hi, Truth is definitely better than Grace but it's more expensive. Do i Need to max my attackspd? To have more dps than hundred spears?
More ASPD will be slightly better, but I think 350-400 base ASPD should be enough considering our aspd will reach max 500 when we use Dragon Scion/Berserk. No need to push it hard since it will not give us a significant damage booster
The main thing is you need a wind cutter nexus talent if you want you normal attack to deal more damage than hundred spears. And also, normal attack got some buffs from other skills, e.g Dragon Breath Fire, Dragon Howling, Dragon Freeze while the Hundred Spears is not

@@karlomagnu2939 I've tested both and seems Tyr Set is better since it boost our PATK by a lot. Since there are many buffs related to PATK, for example Berserk, Concentration, and AB's Bonded Fate that will boost our PATK based on our base PATK. The higher PATK, the higher damage

Hello there, yes that's why I decided to stay RK instead of changing to doram hahaha. If i'm using blood sigils, it may reach 15-16B but I can say it depends on our luck. When the OB illu cards work well, then it will give a massive damage. Currently I'm still using 1 slot acc from freya, and i'm curious if I can use 4 OB llusion cards

@@emanmagulta7017 Hmm I believe your character can deal than 10B. Maybe there are some stuff that need to be fixed or not yet optimized
Honestly, I rarely participated in TSA in proper way, like I usually entered the TSA 1 time only to get the rewards because I don't have much time on tuesday/sat night. But as I remember my highest score if I'm not mistaken was around 2,7 - 2,8B points

Hi, actually u can put any kind of swords, no need to look for particular type of sword or build. The berserk's buff effect will remain the same

@@johnmojo131 Hello mate, you may check the details at 08:27, It's because changing your weapon to sword before using berserk will give you additional 25% CRIT DMG. You may check it on the Berserk skills description which mentioned that if you use berserk skill while using the sword-type weapon, you will gain bonus stats ASPD 30% and CRIT DMG 25%. Even if you change your weapon to spear again afterwards, the buff effect still remains there for 15 seconds

Which is better for f2p? Sword or spear?
Hi, I've actually made a comparison video sword type vs spear type few months ago (you may check it in my account). My conclusion is if you're looking for high dps class for pve or pvp, you can go with spear. But if you're looking a good dps class (not as good as spear) with higher survivability, you can go with sword.
In my case, my sword DPS is not even a half of my spear DPS. And also imho, sword type is more expensive to build.

@@Mathias9n @Mathias9n Hi bro, imho it's more expensive than the spear build since you need to spend more on cards like acc cards with auto skills/proc (like aether OA, aether bongun etc) and also shield cards (like thara frog). You will also need to refine your shield as well. It's still doable by the low spender or mid spender actually and I can say the sword build more suitable for PVP-minded players

In my experience,
TR gatcha, aa sword is better because if the MVP respawn in front of you you can attack it directly and kill it within 10 secs unlike speak, you have to set it up chances are it will be stolen.
Right now, it is easy to do TR even if you are auto attack or lazy, no one cares about top dps in mvp now because of doram and mech.
Pvp aa sword is still better, ive seen a lot of spear rk and all they do is ros > run > ros > run lol and all you can kill are low DP players. If you want to hit and run, ranger or warlock are much better.
Yes somehow Rune Sword is easier to use since all you need is only 1 click to auto-attack. But honestly in terms of MVP TR gacha I personally think spear type will got a better chance to get the TR since most of Spear RK will prepare all things before the mvp spawn, so that they can just use dragon, berserk and then ROS.
That's why I think it would be better if I go with Rune Spear and then I combo it with the Auto Attack/Wind Cutter, so in case I 'm too lazy to do manual skills, I will just auto attack like Rune Sword hahaha. And also in pvp i used the Auto Attack more often than the other spear skills
