2 layers pudding with raisins & sweet spices

Ingredients & recipe
2 anis, 1 cinnamon stick
1/2 cup roasted cashews
1/2 cup roasted sliced almonds
1/4 cup raisins
4tbp corn startch
500 ml whole milk
4tbp sweetened condensed milk
60 ml orange blossom water
1/2 avocado + 1 cup milk
500ml cold milk+startch+condensed milk, whisk vigorously, add spices. On a medium heat, whisk until u get a thick texture. Turn off the heat, add orange blossom water, whisk. Crush cashews, add with almond & raisins to the milk mixture. Pour in the serving cups.
Mix avocado+milk. Pour the 2nd layer in the cups. Decorate with strawberries, kiwis, or any fruit of u r choice cut into small pieces
