Here’s the best way for the foul issue. Defense is 2 fouls line, except on complete blow byes where the offensive person gets a free throw immediately. However the offensive calls must be made. If the offense tries to run into or over the person first it’s an offensive foul and he loses the ball. (MK and Cashes fore-arm shiver they do, or Showtimes elbows). Another thing they could add is a warning on the first time you don’t give landing to shooters than every other foul like that it’s an automatic free throw. These are the things I came up with off the top of my head watching these 1v1s.
Just give each player an 8-10 foul limit, once you go over the limit any foul after that is an automatic free throw and the hacking would not be as crazy as it was, problem solved
Maybe do a fast break rule if it's clear that the offensive player has the defensive player beat they get a free throw and the ball. They can also keep the free throw after 3 straight fouls.

23:05 hmmm not sure if it would work. But similar to nba how you can foul out. In a 1v1 setting. After so many fouls, point fouls are added on the side. After 3 fouls the 4th is a 1/2 a point (.5) and they add up that way. But at the end of the game 1/2 points aren't counted only whole points. So games can't be won by .5 or 1/2 points. But this would give the offense some aid in the inevitable advantage the defense has in a 1 on 1 setting where you can't foul out. Theres just a moral understanding when it come to that type of fouling, but with this system I feel foul might be reduced. Not sure if it would work
I think cam exaggerates his moves too much. Cash may be fouling a lot and may be way bigger, but at some point, Cam has to just figure out simple moves that go right to the hoop. His are too slow. Moves like Friga's where he gets to the hoop in like three dribbles.
