I love the idea of this scooter, but (a) am not sure I can lift it into my trunk and get it out (I'll have to find the site with weight) and (b) am worried about the wear and tear on the rubber that surrounds my trunk. I would think that would take a beating.
What a faff. There’s one that you just press a button on a remote and it folds up. It’s brilliant. You don’t have to unplug, or remove the battery. This is too much bother! Also, it has 4 wheels for better stability, and you don’t have to pull it along with your hand right next to the dirty wheel! This one looks cheap and impractical. Look for the Drive Medical automatic folding scooter.
Great video about the Travel Mate although you only show it in 2 colors. Isn't there a custom color option for this mobility scooter?
Looks great but don't know whether it is suitable for tall person with slightly longer legs.
