can you cover 2" spray foam with tin that matches exterior if you don't want it painted?
Yes, that is something you can do! It is more expensive, but doable. Let us know if we can help you
The horizontal girts are not there to keep the frame from shifting, they are used with vertical siding to attach the panels.
Hi Courtney! Great catch! We do also state that in several of our videos but from a structural standpoint they do serve to help make the building stronger.

Is there an alternative to the spray foam? I don't want my building to be an oven, but I don't want to mess with spray foam.
The alternatives to spray foam would be radiant barrier which is a heat reflective or a fiberglass(Bat) insulation. I would say in terms for R Value I say your next best bet is Fiberglass. This also depends on the type of building you have!
@@wolfsteelbuildings Looking to build something in about the same size. I was looking at a local supplier who offers only a bubble wrap that is "R-10" per them but has no actual rating. Interestingly, their trusses look exactly the same as yours. (Are they standardized across the industry??)
Yes, for tubular buildings bubble wrap is very standard. Where are you located and what are you using this building for? Bubble wrap has its benefits which include condensation control and helps keep building cooler. I would not recommend for temperature control. I would recommend fiberglass or spray foam.
Truss framing tends to look the same. Biggest difference can be the column design and panel quality which typically are hard to differentiate.

What's the height of the building?
This building is 12’ tall at the eaves with a 3/12 roof pitch. Comes up about 15-16 in the center
Do they have a DIY for other locations in the US?
We do not offer kits for DIY. Our pricing includes us doing everything for the building!

could the back wall be made from clear vinyl panels?
That would be custom and have custom pricing with it. It is doable. We would need to look more into the panels used to give a definitive answer
