I love how Dan just stares into our souls in his thumbnails.
LOL
Right! makes me want to click
Me too. He's hypnotizing us 😂

The #1 productivity 'hack' for me is focusing on high-leverage activities in high-energy periods. Track in which hours you have most energy for a week. Then identify the high-leverage activities. Do those activities in those high-energy periods. This is the only way of 'working smarter' that actually worked for me. It has drastically improved how much meaningful work I get done.
Damn that is genius, there are times when I can do 12 hour programming sessions like it's nothing, but they are random lmao, when I'm further down the path I can use those moments for marketing and shit
Dan often makes the analogy to the Gym, now I do: Use High Energy Days to increase the weight more than usual.
It would be a waste of energy not do that
Life is like going to the gym. When it’s time to go, resistance reminds you how heavy the weights are. When you’re finishing the set, determination reminds you that you CAN do this.
Hey Dan,
Man, I've been deep-diving into your content lately. Spent a good 3+ hours on your tweets alone and countless more on your CZcams channel. It's been a wild ride, and I've got to say, you've been like a guiding star for me. I am so grateful for finding you out!
I've been wrestling with this whole "niche" thing for ages, almost burnt myself out over it. But your content? It's like you were speaking directly to me. It hit me - I've been the niche I've been searching for all along. You just made it so clear to me.
Big thanks for all the value you're putting out there. You have motivated me to put out my first pieces on Twitter.
He helped me find mine too. I wasn’t sure but as I went and rewatched all of his videos oldest to newest (80% done 😂) it became super clear.
Who woulda thought Twitter could technically be a long form platform haha. Glad it helped brother. Thank you for investing time into my writing. Truly hope it’s helped🙏
@@DanKoeTalks Humbled to have your response. Truly an amazing creator you are! Wishing all the success & happiness to you.
@@ChristophWalks I'm still trying to understand if niching down means "picking one thing", or choosing a few things/genres and mixing them together (even though each element could be a niche by itself).
Did you understand that part?
@@eladbariexpand your content and what you talk about; niche down on your offers.
Appeal to a wide audience with your content but a smaller one with your offers.
"I got very lucky when I took a huge gamble on nearly everything literal thing in my life and so I'm now making money pretending that's a prudent decision others should make too". He knows what an ego is, he just doesn't care.
5:41 I can’t believe you put this out today. I was literally came to that realization yesterday. I felt stuck in my life. Came to the conclusion I fear responsibility. I have a house but I house hack so the tenants are paying the rent. I am comfortable with the clients I currently have.
Nervous to take on more because I’m worried about the responsibility it comes with to help with their marketing.
Damn this video hits me deep
I just quit my job. Last day is Oct31. Spending my part-time spec'ing out my personal brand and upcoming offers.
Got a 3-4 month runway when I leave, a $5k bag for investing, and a warm list of 300 contacts made at events over the years.
Am a nomad living in the Phils. Will be smashing through your course to finally become a content creator and build an agency 🔥
This video resonated with me. Glad to see the stories of other crazy ones in the comments 👏🏾🚀
Congratulations brother, i just did the same!
@@theabrahamdiop LFGGG homie!! Am on my first week and currently building the offer. Plan is to get first content released this weekend. See you in the community!
who needs college when you have KOE University 🤝🏾
I am not your normal audience being almost 60 and on my 8th year living off grid. It is a completely different lifestyle but it challenges me everyday. I see people driving to a off grid location and parking a RV and they never build anything because they have a roof over their head. I came here and lived in a tent until my place was built. Sleeping under an open tent where rattlesnakes and the weather have access is a huge motivation.
Guess it's an insane boost of freedom to get off grid. Only thing is - I guess it's where you have to say goodbye to many human connections that won't be able to communicate with the new you. It's solitude I guess. Yet, in today's ZOOM meeting society...maybe it's already solitude within the grid and just an imaginary togetherness...
@@eladbariin what way is it more freedom than an RV?
The greater the automated income you can build, the freer you will become. Taking the first step is the hardest, but 5 houses later living off automated income since July 6,
2016. You've got to start taking steps to achieve your goal.
Creating wealth and financial freedom isn't as tough as many people believe.
Building wealth and remaining financially stable indefinitely is a lot easier with the appropriate information. Participating in financial programs and products is the only true approach to make a high income and remain affluent indefinitely...
I couldn't agree more. Taking charge of your life and putting in the hard work is the path to success. Having a portfolio manager like Mr. Samuel Peter Descovich is a game-changer. Their expertise and guidance can truly transform your financial journey. Making $35,000 in profits each month and saving 70% of that is quite impressive! They save you time and provide valuable insights that lead to impressive profits. Keep up the amazing work, and enjoy the fruits of your labor..
I agree, I did that when I was young: from Montreal, moved to Athens, then London, then Paris, then Rome , then Berlin...The moving gets you motivated and you learn really fast. I think it's good when you're a younger person. Before marriage. Now I live in Greece by the sea and am very comfortable and no longer want to move around. I love waking up and swimming in the sea and swim again around sunset. I run my coaching business online however.
Hi ! I am also from Montreal, and think it’s best to move around while I am young. Currently, considering moving to Australia! Do you have any tips? :)
Just realized I’ve put myself in “tactical stress” (there’s a name for it!) the last few days. I’m technically a “senior” but coming out of a long period of intense caretaking where I had to back burner my biz goals to the point of near collapse (financially and physically). So it’s definitely do or die and I’m reinventing myself and my approach to creating a biz as the niche (that was a huge relief-the “find your niche “ convo was keeping me stuck and frustrated for years!). And yes, the best, catapulting decisions of my life were scary and made me look reckless and crazy! Thank you for your refreshing “straight talk” approach. Your razor-sharp revelations put context to vague impressions I’ve gained and confirm I’m on the right track (which is the road less traveled by most)! Thanks for sharing your unique genius-a great inspiration!
So good to hear this. I did this all last week 4am, 5am starts to get orders to customers. My family thought I was nuts! They were like ‘your supposed to do the work first before you advertise’ but I got through, got paid and feel great!
I'm writing my first storybook, and I mean to purchase digital economics as soon as I can. I have other ideas that I'm working on, and I believe your systems will provide a lot of the necessary knowledge that I need to make these work. I've been watching your videos for a little over a year and was immediately enthralled with your thought process and how much sense you're making.
This hit me at a perfect time. I quit my job knowing I would feel scared and Shitty in order to motivate me to start my online business. I cried and I want the job back, I called myself stupid so many times. And on all levels it was stupid I could’ve started the business and kept my job. But the one thing that doesn’t make it stupid was my reason for it. So it leaves me no other option other than to WORK.
I’m in this exact situation. I’m scared but also so excited again. I wish you all the best and can’t wait to see what happens a year from now 🥹
Wow! listening to your story of pushing yourself is like telling someone about my life. People don’t understand and always ask me why I force myself to change and get out of my comfort zone. I have changed career paths, I have moved country, I have changed my eating habits, I have isolated myself to do what feels right for me. People think I’m weird, I couldn’t imagine living a life considered average or normal. Learning and growing does not fit the ‘usual’ routine.
This resonates with me too - I've also changed job/country/industry few years back , and now focusing on my health/nutrition as I get older
These videos are like free therapy sessions! Thank you for these life changing videos Dan! 🙏🏻💕✨
Every video you post it shows how much depth of thought you have gone through it..
You said it Dan: stepping out of our comfort zones and learning from experiences can help us achieve remarkable results in life!
Love this Dan! ❤🎉. I can relate to others not understanding why I would choose the unknown verses the comfort that I was stuck in the 15 year career. I’m thankful to step forward and your channel really helps me reflect and act. Looking forward to reading “Focus”! Thank you

This was an awesome video. Keep up the rants. Love the spiritual element around your teachings starting. Feeling the most spiritually aligned since starting my own business was the last thing I expected. I’ve never thought of myself as a business owner until 7 months ago, when I finally broke through! I’ve been deep diving into your content for all this time and everything just makes soo much sense and I’m super excited!
Starting a business is the only way in my opinion ☺️ thanks for being such a great support. & great smile 😊
Love your videos Dan. You motivate me to do better.
Great Video! Thank you!
its DOOOOOEEENUT!
You are literally describing my exact strategy and life. Glad to know I’m not alone in this way of thinking.🙏🏻✨
This was a super relatable topic for some..dope video, pressure makes diamonds 💎
I completely vibed with the “matte black so it’s on brand” and also with the bio hacker stuff. It just seems like so many things to add to the routine that you wonder how much of a boost it’s making. Eat healthy. Exercise. Get sunlight. Be around people. Seems easier to stick to the fundamentals.
I completely agree with your concept on moving to help you “push yourself” … I honestly believe that you unlock certain gifts within yourself when you relocate to a place that matches up with your human leylines corresponding to your gene keys.
Reading this letter was one of the "life changing" moments for me because it finally gave me the clarity of what I need to do now and step into that next phase of my life.
DAN KILLLL IT👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻 I almost clicked off the video but it got better as I went on listening!! I love what you talked about so much. Important important topics
Thank you so much Dan.

Thank you so much Dan ❤️
“It’s fast, it sounds good, it’s matte black, so it’s on brand”. 😂
I love your the way you mix your se se of humor with amazing truth bombs.
Thank you!!!
Shit. I love your videos. This is so prescient for me. I have had 3 years of absolute chaos pre and post divorce, with extremely limited time and uncertainty about my family and finances. However, I have been able to channel this unplanned and unwanted turbulent situation to my favour in my online business. Watching your videos really encourages and inspires me. When the road looks difficult now I get pumped and more energised. Thanks from a big fan of 57
amazing rant Dan, thank you for sharing your mindset
Man, saw your channel, 3 videos in, subscribed so fast. 👏
I adore that you recommend jumping jobs every 6mnth-1yr. This is something I have done my whole life because I LOVE learning new things. That growth was all personal. Now I'm ready to expand more externally. Thanks for validating not just THIS, but so many things I've innately done that was considered "wrong" by those around me.
DAN ALWAYS COMING THROUGH W THE FIRE CONTENT !
Thank you so much Dan for this video.
Really like the rant Dan! I like how there are points and you chose the right ones to dive into.
Your videos are really opening my awareness to get out of the rut and get moving. Thank you, Dan
The rants are definitely needed. Thank you
Love your content. So much truth.
I love your content Dan. Just what I need. Thank you!
Dan this was so good! The first 30 seconds is me…people thought I was crazy for leaving my corp job as a mom of 1. It opened sooo many doors for me!
Cool stuff man 👊🏾 keep em coming.. and also can't wait for the book to drop
I loved that rant. You have inspired me. Thank you.
i love the way this guys points out the facts straight that apparently this mass belief is the actual rut. love this guy!!
Thank you so much Dan. You are my role model🙏
Perfect, I learned a lot from you! Love your mindset! God bless!
This is a pretty good video, I like how your advice is very non-mainstream and practical.
Best point for me was that the best decisions you make in life often are the ones that people ridicule. Pretty powerful and relatable in my life, starting my blog for example.
Keep up the good work.
Fantastic!! The part on regrets is to me more in the wisdom building category in my life journey.
So it’s kind of entertaining when I get the question on what regrets do I have.
I just stare I’ve been blessed with no regrets only wisdom moments.
You have many outstanding points as always.
thank you for sharing this wonderful wisdom with us, so happy to learn to be productive and you are commendable - your growth journey is truly inspiring
Big value in this video ty
Love this! Thank you Dan
Great that you share more about your life and story. About the stress I have the opposite story: 35 years in cronic stress and now I am learning to act without the stress.
Yes sir!!! I'm listening
Thank you so much for this valuable information!
This was great. Really resonated with me and what I'm currently going through. Thanks
+10 for the blue tongue
This saved my life. Literally. It’s time to go all in.
When I see this guy, I don't know if this guy is supposed to help everyone.
I was fearful when I saw your thumbnail.
But I learned a lot. And take action on that.
Legendary video Dan. Sometimes I think I’m cool, but you are on another level
After 8 years working as a teacher in China, I have this urge to move somewhere far and start a new career, yet the fears get on the way! Your content is so much helpful Dan ❤
I love how much of a gamer Dan is, and incorporates gaming metaphors and terminology in his videos XD
this was great Dan. Keep it up mate
Thank you for showing us what is possible.
Your videos are very helpful, thank you.
I love you so much, thank you so much!! ❤
Thanks brother!
thanks for the videos Dan youre the best ! keep it up
Right time. I needed this. 👍
YES This is exactly what I needed, I do love putting myself in uncomfortable situations, I've been feeling stuck because I haven't had big challenges. Ideally I would love to move just can't do that right now, I'm thinking of either getting a new job to get back on my grind. I've always been the ambitious type but this year has been different and I don't like it at all
I loved this thank you
Very constructive Dan thanks!!
That was fire. Solid ass advice
So much insight here - love it🎉
Love this concept so much! 🎉
Just deferred this year in college to work on my personal brand. Thank you for this video.
Thanks for calling it by name "Tactical stress". I've been thinking of it as a strategy for a long time now.
I think this knowing everything around you after 6 months and feeling like you want to move really comes from a consumer mindset. If you'd have the same producer mindset in physical world as you have in digital you would start looking into how you can take part in society by for example volunteering and becoming a part of a community. OR if you bought a house you can start scape a garden and grow vegetables. you dont need change of location to push yourself out of your comfort zone and explore new terriroty
The Vikings sometimes would burn their boats upon arrival. No going back. I love that commitment.
Stress kills that is so true, I've felt it and know it, I need to take action and recover my life from grief.
go for it girrl
@kiara4345 Thanks a lot!!! We can do it!
A lot of thoughts came from that video, really let me rethink some stuff and shift a perspective a bit. Thank you as always
I really love your style, keep it up brotherly now let me get to the video
If I weren’t already a subscriber, I would have subscribed for this video. This really resonates. Thanks.
Dan koe really changed my life. I’ll always appreciate you Dan. If you’re ever in Dallas, TX, I’ll hook you u on a free haircut, it’s what I love and I know I’ll give you a badass cut 🙏
Unknowingly, I am doing exactly this. Thanks
Broo i effing love you!!!! The car thing is true, and youre making me want to buy the digital economics because i fell in love with self improvement, reading and learning. Now i just want a gt63s in black too lol.
Always Impactful and confirming info💯💯🔥
This is a really good video, we need more like this. Very raw 💪
I'm getting bored of my job and these ideas really resonate with me. But with the 2nd kid on the way, don't really have the courage to take a leap of faith. I'm kind of slowly building up to it, and these videos help. My take on a couple of points:
4 - material things - I usually like to avoid buying unnecessary things but I was on a 2 month craze into watches and I bought a relatively expensive watch. One of the reasons was that I like the craftsmanship and wanted to experience something luxurious. The other thing ties to self image - being able to afford nice things and proving to yourself that you can earn that, but also being able to present yourself with higher value. It might seem shallow but it's a confidence booster.
5 - degeneracy - I would say there are some mind altering substances like LSD and psilocybin mushrooms which can boost creativity and open the mind, even change the course of a life. Many in silicon valley consumed psychedelics. Also going out helps you to reset, get out of a rut and get a "surge of energy".
Great insights as always
All my respect, Dan🙇🏻♂️
Keep the rants coming Dan!
I’m about to take on a second job, I’m scared I might fumble the bag but now I’m going to take it as tactical stress and make it work💪
Thank for helping me dude.
Amen buddy. God Bless.
Lots of good points made. I'm moving soon so good timing too. 😃
Will probably watch again as a reminder
