i'm so incredibly happy to see three trans women in the finale! here in the philippines, society hasn't really been kind to the trans community. but seeing bernie, katkat, and jade make it to the top four - knowing that this means they'll get brand deals, be featured in billboards and commercials all over the country and headline huge events here - feels like such a win already. this really is doll domination! i'm also so happy arizona made it. finally the cubao drag scene will get the credit it deserves!
btw, the song is called 'dati' which translates to 'before' or 'back then'. it's just a really sweet song about two people in love looking back on how they grew up together, talking about the games they played as children. the chorus translates to "you were the queen, and i was your king... so much has changed, and so much has happened, but the way we look at each other is just like it was before." it's cute and nostalgic, and a pretty iconic duet song so it was really fitting for the 'doble kara' (two faces) runway!

If last season was any indication, the finale will most-likely be a restart back-to-zero deal. Track records don't matter anymore and the winner of the lipsyncs will be the winner of the season.
Arizona is so hard not to root for. She had the least amount of money going in and she made it through sheer talent. She killed nearly all of the challenges but was always let down by her runway. Her charisma is through the roof, and a relatively unknown queen w/ a small buget winning against 2 legends and the fan-favorite would be such a statement.
Katkat is controversial but you cannot deny her star power and excellence. The bitch performed nearly flawlessly, and even her low/bottom placements weren't that bad. She also had the strongest runway package, in my opinion.
Bernie is a goddess, and I want her to win so badly. She has grace, talent, and beauty. I want nothing more but for her to get that surgery and continue on for years to come.
M1ss Jade was so close to the top so many times but had a 3-week streak of doing poorly. Her mind needs to be studied because wtf. She lives in her own world and we're lucky to be invited.

What I really love about Drag Race Season 2 is that there is no predictable winner unlike to other international franchise. Everyone in the top 4 is really iconic and gave us a solid storyline. No contestant completely DOMINATED and the win distribution is fair to all queens. During the season, we have seven (7) queens who got a RuBadge (Arizona, Bernie, Katkat, M1ss Jade, Veruschka, DeeDee, and ØV Cunt). This means that the cast is really competitive and they are all talented in their own right. The season is not boring. The Untucked this season has the right balance of drama, unhinged fun, and vulnerabilities of the queens. ❤

The lipsync song, Sana Dati, is such a nostalgic song for me. It’s a popular hit back when I was a high school student. The song is about nostalgia on your childhood crush and puppy love. Arizona Brandy understood the “doble kara (two-faced) look that is very famous in local gay pageants and comedy bar. She slayed the duet lipsync song using her doble kara look. 💅🏽💅🏽💅🏽

The lip sync song is titled "Dati" which translates to "Before" or "Past". It's basically about two people reminiscing about their memories of each other. They were singing about how they used to do things together, from playing games with each other, replicating famous couples, waking up in the morning looking for each other, treating each other like they're each other's king and queen. They're singing about all that and how much they want to go back to those times by whispering it into the wind cause they know it'll never be like the way that it was.

Undoubtedly, Miss Jade is the judges and production’s favorite. I’m the opposite, I’m slowly unliking M1ss Jade. She comes across as inauthentic. We have seen her speak normally with her Golden Gay partner. All the mannerisms and rakitikitatas she spouts hides the hurt little kid inside. I hope she will find her healing and be comfortable on who she is.

I know Jade So deserves to be there on the Top 4, people may not agree with me and get mad at me but this is my own opinion based on what the episode. From the Music Video and the actual runway I have a lot of questions why Jade So won the challenge. It could be either Bernie or Hana Beshie in terms of the video challenge both of them gave a different vibe and energy same with their looks in the runway. That’s why I don’t think Hana should be in the bottom 3, but yeah I think production needs the drama of Jade So more than the storyline of Hana which is more powerful in this season.
This episode made me cry 😢. For me, Jade So should be sashayed away and OV should’ve stayed.
