Yo new sub here. What should I do if there is no “ground” in my scene? How do I “set points as origin and ground” in that case? Because I need the origin to normalize my camera.

You'll be able to get good results with both.
After Effects is usually my go to since it doesn't require as much manual tweaking, but for more complex tracks I will sometimes use Blender since AE can fail in those cases.
